Doing some math on that;

Opacity changers are either 2 gb in the oasis or 1800 sb at the monkey business. The rate of sb : gb needs to be lower than 900 : 1 to make the oasis one a 'cheaper' option. As that doesn't happen a lot, it is fairly safe to say that the monkey business one is cheaper.

Now let's compare it to a total shuffle as that is the same idea with a different function. Keeping the average rate of 1200 sb = 1 gb, you can say that these are 25 gb each. It has the potential of 20 marking removers and 20 rma. Which are all 1 gb each. The maximum potential value of separate apps would be 40 gb.

But, let's say that it's unlikely for it to be used to it's full potential so let's say a little over 60% of the value of the separate item potential would be suitable for an item like this. Or at least, that's what it is like with a total shuffle. With this item, not every slot is certainly used, which is the case with a total shuffle. So 50% of the value would be more suitable.

The total potential value of this item would be 2 gb x 20 slots = 40 gb. Taking 50% of that would be 20 gb. A suitable price for this item would be around that value.

Total shuffle only costs 15 gb, so probably below that since it doesn't affect eyes, mane, and base? Idk, I'm not good at pricing.

It doesn't, but total shuffle doesn't make them 100% either. This is more for preserving the marks you already have and brightening them.

Opacity Changers are 2gb a piece so if you have 20 marks it would be 40gb. I suppose since a majority of people would want to use it on a 10 marked lion, then it wouldn't really be a deal because it would be 20gb anyway.

I guess 15 gb would be better so it would be a deal both ways.
