looking for staff for a new, upcoming literate to novella free-roam dragon roleplay

currently looking for three founders (admins) to run the villages and help with server creation

`Requirements`
⤹ 16+
⤹ potentially graphic depictions of violence (moderated; not expected, but granted the subject it's possible)
⤹ crude language
⤹ lore features themes of nothing, too brutal/detailed but just in case, war, the killing of dragons for their scales (poaching), general violent acts, and spiritual/religion-focused behaviors (beliefs optional to each character),
⤹ active enough to help around the server
⤹ real life comes first! all i ask is that you're able to contribute, even if it's just ideas
⤹ willing to have a high rank IC
⤹ you'll be playing one of the Ancients and running one of the three remaining villages
⤹ less of a requirement but I do prefer experience with running a server and things that come with it
⤹ ability to use google sheets/docs/forms; carrd used for lore and village info, but happy to teach you/update it myself if you write what you'd like shown

`What am I signing up for?`
⤹ because you will be running a village, you will be responsible for creating the story/traditions/etc for said village. you CAN get help from the rest of the staff, but I want to make sure everyone has some input so they're interested in the village they run
⤹ basic server moderation; rules, verifications, warnings, etc
⤹ review and accept character sheets upon opening
⤹ help with future plots and event ideas
⤹ share ideas, I'm okay with feedback/constructive criticism!
