Last July these were included with various celestial explore things stated to be future craftable items, with recipes introduced for them in the future.

The news post this month also mentions a "nice update to July's crafting during the upcoming Development Update on July 8th", so it's possible all or some of them will be included in upcoming stuff this month. Seems they're probably worth holding onto because it definitely sounds like they will be craftable at some stage, either this month or later on :)

yw! For what it's worth, I would almost never toss stuff like that - in my experience all kinds of 'useless' items often become extremely useful in the future, because there are so many new crafting recipes, event features, quests, etc that get added.

So tbh unless you need the money from selling stuff, it's often worth just burying it and forgetting about it. Then some News post might just come along explaining a new use for something, and you can be smug because you already have 100 of the item stashed away which have just become much more useful - and valuable! ;)
