Golden Puma Breeding Project Personal Diary Since my Double Qahir breeding project went alright despite almost a year of frustration, I got bored of her naturally before her 10th birthday, mostly because, I guess our eyes get bored of things and I couldn't really pass the base unless I had combo factors. Sorry Apostolia :( But from the ashes of one BO project springs fourth something new …  My new golden girl, Sahara base, Apricot eyes, peachy skin, royal fulvous mane and 6BO markings! I bought the initial apricot eyed, royal fulvous maned, peachy skin cub from a player for a giant tortoise which saved me a huge amount of time  I replaced my previous project Qahir king on roughly the 5th of August, let us see how long this will take!  2 players like this post! I never was one for projects either, normally I grab something I like from the TC and do my best if they have slots open for oasis apps. It takes a long time figuring out a design you like and how to live with excluding marks you love but don't look good all mashed up on a lion together  Margay, Vit, Crackle and Feline 9 sits this one out … sadly. 3rd Sep It's been a while almost a month of breeding but no cub born with the royal mane and marking I need, but there was one huge surprise, my favourite mane mutie popped up, by random Mane Villious  This feels a little fated! Though she needs a better name and base! 13th Sep Took forever but finally have step two up, royal, fulvous, apricot, peach with F4 Gold! 7th October Step three, I have my cub with Dim Saffron, F4 Gold, royal, fulvous, apricot peach 24th November Step four, I have my cub with, Fulvous Glaze, Dim Saffron, F4 Gold, royal, fulvous, apricot peach - took a while, only one more rare mark to go before I can relax a bit! 7th December AFTER LIKE 50 LIONESSES WITH SAFFRON INDRI - I finally have my fifth heir …  SUCK IT LIODEN! Making a slight decision change ... I'm going with a pariah mane as this breeding for royal manes has been tiresome and too long - I haven't even started base breeding! I'm not willing for this to take any longer than 2 years. I also might consider switching the Noctis Dorsal Line Slot to 10 also if this saves me 10GB! We'll see, it's all a bit of a headache ;) 0 players like this post! Like? |

17th Jan 2023 Here we are one more step away from a complete marking/mane/eye/skin boooii. He currently has 5BO with 1 Piety marking, this marking included Slot 7 Noctis Dorsal Line, so sticking with my original plan. 18th Feb 2023 Kinged the groupie Sahara because I was going bored out of my mind. I've got 2 males to replace him with, both full BO marks but one missing a mane shape, the other a piety mark. I really can't decide what I want, Pariah or Royal? I feel like in the long run the royal both looks nicer and easy to breed with NCL's. GAH, back and fourth back and fourth … The plan is to breed a batch of Sahara's, and keep swapping out a full BO with a Chatoyant base to hopefully begin to breed Saharas with the marks I'm after. 25th February 2023 Had this miracle born, has a Pariah mane, but eh … let's just see what happens  Will king him on the 28th February if no better cub is born :) 30th April 2023 Bah, not going so well but popped a new heir - Sahara with 3BO marks and peach skin, apricot eyes so I got fed up of trying to find the lionesses in heat to "rock up", so now I can just directly slap the eye/skin rocks on my king. But had to ditch the BO mane, but I'll breed it back I'm sure … 14th July 2023 Holy Shiiii, I took some time out of Lioden and had a cub with BO factor eye, mane and skin, and also BO marks - will king him on the 15th  Goodness, this is taking forever but I hope this year I'll have my king! 0 players like this post! Ohhhhhhhhhh thhhhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeeeeee gooodliiiifffeeeeee 22nd July 2023  All marks - mane colour - eye - skin colour - JUST NEED THE PIETY MARK FOR THAT PUMA LOOK! Needs a BO mane shape but eh, I'll work on that until November but if it doesn't happen, it doesn't matter, but the piety mark does! We're more or less done. WOOO!
