The Coin Tree

Crossing into a cave, you find the sight of an isolated great oak tree. Part of the cave overhead has fallen in, providing sunlight to shine on the presumably ancient structure, letting it glitter in bright greens and . . . gold? Stepping closer, it's easy to see that - embedded into the tree's bark - there's gold coins, glistening under what light that made it past the leaves.

"Are you here to gawk, or are you here to trade?" A voice asks you, a winged melanistic lioness - or cheetah, maybe? - stepping out from behind the coin embedded tree. A single eye has flowers growing out of it, and the other appears to gaze out behind a foggy cloud of ice. Despite it, she seems to be able to see you clearly.
