In The Middle Of A Desert...
You had been wandering the desert for a while now. Seeing only sand and more sand. Honestly you were starting to really hate it. It clung to your fur and your paws like a parasite. It felt like you were never going to get it out properly. Stupid sand... Eventually, something catches your eye on the horizon. A blur of green and a sort of shimmer. You sprint towards it, hoping that your eyes weren't deceiving you. And the closer you get, the more it becomes clear that you have found an oasis. Without a second thought you dive into the crystal like water, stepping out a moment later after enjoying the refreshing coolness it provided. After shaking out the water weighing down your pelt, you hear the sound of soft pawsteps approaching you. You look up and see a hooded lioness with a pair of glowing wings. She smiles at you. "Hello there, I am Storyteller. I would like to extend a welcome to you from the pride of Gold- Ah, I mean Storm's Roar." She laughs a little nervously after correcting herself, though she does still seem a bit mournful. "Anyway. That aside, it is a pleasure to meet you. I would be more than glad to hear more about you and where you come from. Would you like to look through our wares ?"
