Elg'cahl Nau'shindcal was on her way to find some lion pride called the Quortek Qu'ellar, but they were proving difficult to find. Half mortal leopard, half immortal celestial lion, she moved with a strange grace and even stranger appearance, her long, star-studded black wings folded neatly by her mottled side. Suddenly, she noticed a lion in the distance, and approached with caution.
"Greetings there!" she called out cheerfully, "I mean no harm!"
The lion warily returned the greeting and asked the hybrid's name, if she had one. She flexed her wings in a gesture of peace and let out a soft purr.
"I am called Elg'cahl Nau'shindcal, and I was sent to find the Quortek Qu'ellar, although it would seem I'm a bit lost."
The lion, a young lioness with a smokey blue and fiery orange pelt, nodded. "I know where they are. What is your business with them?"
Unsure if she could fully trust this lioness, Elg'cahl gave her very limited information. "I was sent by someone to take on a shamanic role for the pride."
"So, you're a Kyorli then. I'm the lead shaman for the Quortek Qu'ellar, and the spirits said they were sending someone from a distant land. Come, I'll take you to the rest."
