Once Upon a Time

Once upon a time, there was a lioness goddess. She was bred to a different king on Copper's request. She did not protest as it seemed more reasonable than having him even dare touch such a prize lioness. She endured the pain of birthing after some time and gave birth to two loving cubs. A focused little girl and a patient boy. Princess Winter and Once Upon a Time. Winter and Time. A very kind pair in the herd that loved them.

As months went by, the two grew closest to one another. Winter did find a friend in a new cub, Menhit. No one opposed it so they became excellent friends. Time, on the other hand, would be kind with the females and wrestle with the males. He was not the strongest cub so he got hurt... a lot. He even seemed to have lost his sight in both eyes although he did not, really. Their mother, however, refused to let anyone do anything else to him afterwards.

With his scars and clouded eyes, he soon learned to slow down on fighting so much. As the months went on, his mother made him a necklace for Time and wings for Winter. The two loved their gifts as they soon weaned and have began their own trainings.

As they began their trainings, Winter was the first one to get the hang of it. However, Copper was not a mean king and was confident that Time could do well as well.
