You gleefully lead your pride to a fresh zebra carcass to feed. Queen Karai huffs at you. Zebra...again? Ugh. Karai of the Undead is a legendary lioness who earned her way to litchdom by deceit, robbery, and with the help of her 3 undead servants who accompany her wherever she goes. It is said that each one serves a specific purpose in keeping her enemies in check, but none of the stories are able to pinpoint what that purpose is. "see this beetle? He's been around the longest. I'd say he's one of my most trusted advisors." she points to a fairly large stag beetle scrambling across her shoulder, and you lean in to get a closer look. On closer inspection, this thing is actually quite ancient! Its dusty, cracked carapace still glittered weakly in the sunlight, and it's surprising that it was still able to move as fast as it could in it's condition. Holy shit.
