Gifted to Azartas by a neighbouring King and friend, Gaia, Goddess of the Earth, is the daughter of the Moon Goddess Selene, and the first tigon of the Moonrock Pride. She is eternal, never to age or die, taking the form of a cub for all time. She is succeeded by her daughter, Persephone. The lions of the Moonrock Pride worship her and built a temple in her honour, a place where all those whose genetics make them different are safe to be themselves.
