Azan

Will take the throne @ 9yrs, 3months

If you could picture the stereotypical, teenage punk who has a lot of growing up to do to follow in his father's pawprints... it would be Azan. Sangria was the first lioness to produce a male cub of Knyaz's who is worthy of being an heir to the throne. The only problem is his relaxed attitude. Although his looks may give off the impression that he's scary and dark, Azan is overall kind hearted and even a little naïve at times. Knyaz is a strong role model but the more he seems to push his son towards leadership, the more he seems to rebel. Hopefully he'll step into his role with dignity when his time comes, but for now this wild child is enjoying his freedom and corrupting any lionesses he may meet along the way!

Azan is often seen messing around with his friend Lakota the wolf. The future king encountered him on his first patrol and of course, the troublemaking pair got nothing accomplished. Knyaz always takes a prince's first patrol very seriously and as a testament to their dedication and skill. So when his son returned with nothing except a goofy, misfit grey wolf in tow, he was disappointed. However, he permitted Lakota to stay in the pride, he hopes by granting this to Azan it'll be a token of his goodwill in allowing him to lead in his very own way.
