Devastator

One of the few Princes of Hell sent to walk amongst those who reside on the topside of Earth, Allocer was cast out of the demonic realm to embody a living creature and populate the Earth with his cambion offspring. He appears as a dark Kinght on a Dragon-like horse, as a man with great horns and leonine features about his face. Self-centered and prideful as he is, the Prince took a liking to his lion-like appearance. He thought to himself, lions are haughty and powerful, easily invoking fear and awe into the puny human souls who walked the Earth. So he transformed himself, appearing in the form of a great lion, adorned with long, black antelope horns. He prowls the savannas, taking the lives and souls of those whom he pleases. On the occasion he encounters a human female, he kills her body and traps her soul within a lioness whom he adds to his ever-growing pride. After all, he must still populate this Earth somehow..
