Root name: Khalfani - "Shall rule" Khalfanian is a young, amiable, go-getting type of lion. He's playful, eager to please, and quick to learn. Starting life out on his own in the savannah has been a bit trying for him, however. Never before did he consider lionesses so difficult to get along with . . . and yet, he's found a couple of very friendly ones while exploring his new territory. He finds great company in them, and is confident that they will make excellent hunters and loving mothers for his growing pride. Recently he's come into a bit of trouble with his personal ambitions and internal conflicts. He tries his best to be a good king and make decisions based on what he believes would be best for his pride, but trouble has rooted itself in his life, and he found himself sinking into a pit of peril and devastation. His lionesses are becoming more and more worried for him, yet support him all the same knowing what a kind soul he is beneath his struggles. Even more recently a stranger appeared on the outskirts of his territory, resembling him in body and attitude, though something darker hung around this newcomer, and Khalfanian didn't like what he saw. He settled for chasing out the pale, dark-eyed king, and with him, he hoped to chase away all of his uncertainties, fears, and aggressions. He is now working harder to protect his pride and improve his character.
