THE NEW KING 06.04.2024 \| After deep and long conversations with both Zarui and the shamans surrounding the new territory, it was decided that Adishvar would undergo 'The Shift'; a complex ritual that involved placing the soul of one lion, into the body of another whilst releasing that soul onto the Celestial Plains. Whether both lions liked it or not, the Celestial Plains were real, and the shamans confirmed that each soul, released from a ritual or passing on naturally, could (up to a point), choose which Plain they would be released too. Adi pressed to learn about the Pride's history and previous rulers as he was keen to introduce a 'line of succession' within the Pride and keep his legacy flowing through the lands in that manner. Zarui was more than happy to inform him of laws and names passed and Adi was allowed to reinstate the title of N'Pango upon the pride. He would act as a Patroller, a Prince almost to increase his knowledge, skills and presence within the territory before taking over. It was as peaceful as a takeover that anyone could wish for.
