A mysterious cub found its way into the pride, with the help of his trusting feathered friend. Lost and alone, he tried to find help from others. Some lions even tried to take a bite out of his friend, luckily for the Hawk, lions couldn't climb trees, nor could they fly. The Hawk served as his sole friend and guide, after being separated from his former pride and family. On his journey, he meet lions, leopards and even cheetahs, but everyone rejected him based on his strange looks. He seemed to be one of those primals.
The moment he joins this pride, he meets with Shira, the one who he calls "mother" as she swore to protect him. Shira, the first and only, primal female within the pride, warned the newcomer about her "husband" - the King,
𝐉𝐚𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐝𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫, a cruel lion, that ventured into the deepest pits of 𝒉𝒆𝒍𝒍 and became a 𝒅𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒏. She told him that he doesn't accept ANY outsiders, no matter, whether female, pregnant, or even cubs, and if they are males, they will be immediately killed. Even to his own cubs, the ones that he considers unworthy, he kills them, in cold blood.
"𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘺 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴... 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶'𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘧𝘦, 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵 𝘰𝘧𝘧 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵'𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘥𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮?"
Name? He didn't have one and where did he come from? A green place... a tropical place, or at least that's how people described it. The green lands with tall trees, huge green leaves, tasty colorful fruits, and lots of pretty flowers oh, and waterfalls and rivers. A place of wonder.
"𝐻𝑎𝑤𝑘𝑘𝑖𝑡..."
The cub tilted his head, before looking at his loyal feathered companion, who seemed proud of the name as it's used to refer to a lion who is fierce, strong, and smart. A lion that also has a good sight and of course resembles the appearance of a hawk. Besides, 𝗛𝗮𝘄𝗸𝗸𝗶𝘁 had a nice ring to it, he even gained some confidence and let out a soft roar which made the primal lioness chuckle softly. So for now, the cub, or maybe Hawkkit, decided to stick with it. After all, he got a new name, gained an identity, and found a family. Perhaps a forever home too, even his feathered friend seemed to like it. But still, he was just a cub and he had many great adventures before him, in this new pride that he now calls home.
𝐇𝐚𝐰𝐤𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐰 already made a name for himself when he brutally killed 𝐉𝐚𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐝𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫, at that time he was only an adol, but a strong one, unlike the other lions in the pride he was vicious and agile, just like a "Hawk" he lived up to his name and wasn't at all upset by his mentor's decision of nicknaming him "𝙃𝙖𝙬𝙠𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙩" for his cold heart, if anything that meant that he was suited to be the heir of this pride and unlike Jaggedstar, he will surely reach the Star Clan, especially now, he could feel the Shaman's whispering they were having visions about him, of course, their visions caused
𝒯𝒶𝓇𝑒𝓀 to become suspicious of him and even attempt to revoke his right as heir, but that wasn't going to stop Hawkclaw, he knew that 𝒯𝒶𝓇𝑒𝓀 was too kind to kick him out, such a weak king, he was going to be better, stronger, but for now he was going to wait. Laying down beside the old Shamanic tree, Hawkclaw watched the night sky, feeling the whispering of the old ones brushing through his fur and letting the cold refreshing air ease his mind as he smirked softly, thinking about the day that he'll overthrow 𝒯𝒶𝓇𝑒𝓀.
