Biography
From the beginning conception of his own thoughts, Cernunnous knew that his ancient ancestry made him something special, sought after even. Rather than this stroking his ego, it only fed into his insecurities of not living up to his full potential. As he grew, the small cub desperately sought the attention of his Primal father; he lived to make his ancestors proud. A fatal blow landed when his father decided that he was unworthy as an heir and therefore was abandoned. Cernunnous was found by the now aged Aro - King of the Valarian Pride. Aro, seeing the small cub's determination and patient demeanor, took Cernunnous in and trained him as his own heir. Once Cernunnous was of crowning age, Aro humbly stepped down and allowed the young Primal to take his place as King. In his so far short reign, Cernunnous has welcomed many orphaned and abandoned cubs, one of which he considers his own son. His patience and compassion set him apart from many King's in the surrounding territories, and lionesses seek his comfort in their times of distress. While there is much hope for the future, the Primal King is still plagued by his own self-doubt. Will he live up to his own pre-set expectations?
