As a young little cub, he had wandered too far from his mother and eventually became lost. Phossa, while on his daily patrol, stumbled across the odd looking cub however, he ended up taking the cub under his wing. Phossa brought little Ingvar back to the pride where the lionesses were quite shocked! It's not every day you see the king of your pride fathering the offspring of another male, let alone a male cub! but alas, Phossa and his queen took in the little cub and did their best to raise him. Phossa spent many moons teaching little Ingvar what being king really means and how to be a good king in hopes that one day, he could become the heir to the pride. Eventually after two years, Phossa was ready to pass down the torch and thus, Ingvar was now the king of the Nightshade Pride. Time will only tell if he will become a great king like his adoptive father was...
