Atlas took over from his mentor, Askallion shortly after the poachers returned to the wild lands. The first months of his reign were troublesome, filled with terror from the outside and fear from the inside. The heir of the pride grew up during the soft spring seasons but quickly grew into a fierce and protective leader. After he had slain the first poachers intruding on his territory and brought back their gun as a trophy as well as migrating the pride’s main camp closer to a more swampy part of the territory successfully he finally gained their full trust.
