<center><b>Armârôs the Accursed One - Prideland Guard, Son of Proserpine, Brother of Eurydice</b> <i>Lies, lies, lying little beast.</i></center> Only son of the wicked but beautiful Proserpine, he had been groomed and presented before Mercurious, First King of the Deep Glen, as a potential heir. The wise old King saw Armârôs for what he truly was, as deceiving as his mother, and refused him. Instead, Mercurious chose gentle Aristophanes as his heir. After the First King disappeared into the night, his mother tried to goad him into usurping the throne. Prosperpine succumbed to age before he could fulfill her wish and Armârôs was thrown into mourning, comforted only by his sister, Eurydice.
