"After Apedemek left to go back to ruling his kingdom, he did what he promised. He gifted me and granted me with power, he turned me from a scrawny tasvo lion, too a strong lion with a handsome mane. He gave me a small taste of his powers. Though I couldn't control them, they were still pretty intimidating. Honesty, I no longer cared about how I looked. I don't care or feel for much anymore. After the ritual I did for him I become hollow, a hollow soldier that did a gods bidding. I gave my pride to him for essence, I led each lioness and cub to the stone without hesitation. I felt nothing for them anymore, Apedemek though.. he seemed to have felt bad that I gave my pride to him, so he gifted me with shadow lioness. His act was kind but not needed, the only thing these lionesses do is hunt for themselves and follow me."

"Lately I have noticed myself. I will stare at my fiery cracked paws and think for a while. I would think of my old pride and feel something. I believe it was an emotion I was feeling, but emotions for me seem so distant. I'm not sure why I felt this feeling, but I felt it most when I remembered a rosette lioness.. I don't remember her importance, but I remember I used to be very protective and loving towards her."

"I've started to identify this feeling, it was sadness and remorse I believe. I was feeling sad for an important lioness I had initially killed. I remember a time before the ritual when Menhits mother died. I saw her make a burial, and so I mimicked it and tried to feel how she felt, but this memorial meant nothing to me besides another dead lioness."

"I have seen other lions in my territory, and as always I fight them off. But today, a lioness seemed to be very kind.. She didn't bother about my looks and seemed she only wanted a home. I am letting her stay here for a while, she is better company then Seir.."

"I have let more stray lioness stay in my home. I do not speak to them, but I sometimes hear them chatter to each other. I have come to find it quite comforting.. And it seems they leave food for me, which is nice, more then what my shadow lionesses have ever done for me"
