Universe\'s Heart's Den

Pride Intro.

Your paws appear to glide through the grass, as if you are a phantom among the living. The dark forest seems to have swallowed any light that tries to enter it, you can hardly see a few feet in front of you.

A rustling behind you makes you spin around to try and catch it, but all you're met with is more pitch blackness. With a huff you turn around, scolding yourself for getting spooked so easily. Though, once you fully turn, a male lion is in your path, letting out a startled yelp and puffing out your mane to look more intimidating, the male huffs at your unimpressive attempt to scare him off and turns around, seeming to want you to follow. The male isn't too darkly colored, but the forest makes him seem much darker, more sinister. You follow, out of a sense that something bad may happen to you if you didn't.

You don't know how long it took for the both of you to get to the forest's edge, time seems to become endless, and you feel like you might've been wandering around for eternity if the male hadn't found you. He stops at what seems to be the exit and waits for you to leave. You flick your ears warily, hoping this wasn't a trick. Slowly, you approach the forest's edge. The light doesn't go past the shadows of the leaves above, putting you off even more, but you enter the light of the afternoon sun quickly. After pacing a few feet, you turn around to nod to the male in thanks, but all you're met with, is the Abyssal Forest.
