If you have any decor that you think would fit there theme please let me know!! ❂ LORE ❂ You stare at the hauntingly beautiful savannah in front of you, the hot humid air filling your lungs making it almost impossible to breathe. Or maybe it was just your own anxiety. After all, you were one step away from entering the Aurum Pride's territory. You had traveled a long way seeking answers to secrets only the residents could answer. Everyone knew that the pride had an odd connection to the spirits of nature, performing ancient rituals that were long forgotten by the world, worshipping mutations and evil markings, holding lethal variations on a pedestal, and yet even with their absurd ideals they grew in power rapidly. Some claimed their pride leader had sold his soul to some diabolic god, others claim they themselves were devils, whatever the truth was, no one could deny The Aurum Pride was special. You had heard stories of cubs being able to communicate with the dead, bend light, and control fire, that they knew the secrets of the universe. And you were determined to learn it. With newfound confidence, you walk into the territory, creating a plan in your head to find the king and demand answers, but didn't make it far before a hiss-like growl interrupted you. You paused, eyes darting to find the source of the noise, getting into a defense position, but you found nothing. "You must be stupid if you think this territory was unguarded. What? Did you think you could just storm in here and not face anyone? I watched you hesitate, maybe next time you should listen to your instincts," the voice was raspy and cold, a chilling tone laced into every word emphasizing the threat they imposed. "I'll give you one chance, turn around now and never look back." You attempt to assure the mystery lion that you were not a threat, simply a curious traveler but the voice was not having it. "I did not wish to do this, you seemed innocent, but I had warned you." Suddenly the air around you dropped massively in temperature, the usual warmth of the savannah gone. You shivered, scared at what was happening, you had never in your life felt something so cold. The sudden dryness made you feel as if your skin was going to crack open, but no matter how hard you tried to thrash the stinging sensation of the frost would not go away. "Katana!" A second voice screamed, you could barely make it out over your heartbeat throbbing in your ears. "King Cepheus has granted a pass, spare the traveler and follow orders!" Your pain stopped within an instant, one final gust of wind causing you to go slamming into the ground below you causing you to gasp from having the wind knocked out of you. It took several long moments for you to even attempt to stand again, but when you did you were face-to-face with a pair of warm brown eyes that belonged to a maned lioness. You covered almost immediately, your usual bravery disappearing from the unnatural events. The lioness attempts to comfort you, introducing herself as Faer, and apologizing for the mysterious voice's actions. "You are very lucky, I don't know what you did but our king allowed you in.
