uhhh once again my tendency to take Very Long Hiatuses from websites has hit me, and I am now completely lost. what is Lioden. what does one do. it's been eight years apparently.
27 years old, nonbinary, a writer, blinking in confusion at what I have here. Old poems, apparently, which is - fantastic, bcuz I am a poet - published now.
My name's Shiloh, I go by that or Kunabee, w/e. yeah. I may write more and make this pretty. I may disappear for another eight years. who knows, a mystery.

poem I wrote for Icy (2810):
wisps of air like memories,
magic in the air.
brief and transient, but beautiful,
and snow that falls so fair.
many linger who miss summer,
with its heat and warmth,
but there is undeniable beauty
in the snow so very cold.
and Christmas, oh Christmas,
that dear holiday,
somehow in December
everything goes okay.
so welcome to the winter,
and welcome to the snow.
tomorrow is another day,
and the chance is beautiful indeed.

Softly in the meadow now,
O'er lake, crystal clear with ice,
To Winter King, who gives us snow
And traveler's advice.
It is time for colors to blend -
All shall fade to white:
We have not forgotten to send
Letters before St. Nick's flight.
Winter comes, and steals the breath
Of summer from behind us;
It hides all of the old path,
And our mem'ry we must trust.
The air is thick with frost,
And the forest thick with snow,
The meadow's thinly glossed,
Made soft by winter now.
