Hi there! Wow, been a while since I checked this, 21 supports already! Time I edit this thread to make it more fancy and more detailed. New Base/Mane Colors! So, I thought up of these base colors: Rusty -  Simply a reddish/brown color similar to rust. Seal -  A brownish/orange color like a sea lion or something. I don't really know lol New Eye Colors *Eye colors will be added soon x3* Markings Im not 100% sure how marking groups work ;-; But maybe it will add inspiration for you guys. (All markings will be displayed in the same color here, but can vary from just about any colors most markings have) Panda -  *Gasp* It's a panda-lion! Cross -  Moon, stop being obsessed with X's.... Mask -  NINJA OMG Mutations No examples for these, sorry! Toothless: Non-Lethal, Appears at birth, no teeth, can only feed your lion certain things like eggs, Hunger goes down quicker rate of 20%, Unable to hunt. Missing Leg: Non-Lethal, Appears at birth, missing back left leg, Unable to hunt Missing Eye: Non-Lethal, Appears at birth, missing left eye, Able to hunt Extra Toes: Non-Lethal, appears at birth, adds an extra toe to each forepaw, Able to hunt Fluffy: Non-Lethal, appears at birth, makes fur everywhere longer, Able to hunt Interactions Just some addons to the current interactions ;-; ---------------------------------------------------------- -Rare chance to find a lone cub: "You stop, seeing the tail of a trespassing lion. You move closer, ready to roat at him only to find out it's a tiny cub!" * Take home - You smile at the cub, beckoning it over with your tail. One of your lionesses will nurse it. - Karma Gain * Growl - You growl at the cub, shoving your large teeth in his face. Terrified, it flees until you are unable to see it anymore. - Karma Loss * Ignore - You shrug, turning away sharply. You have no time for rogue cubs! - No effect on Karma ---------------------------------------------------------- -Finding a lioness you chased off less than 5 days ago: "You find a lone lioness. Wait, this is the same lioness you chased off. She stares at you blankly." * Play - You walk up to her, giving her a playful nudge. She quickly catches on, and you two wrestle for a few minutes before you decide you have to go. - Karma Gain * Roar - Annoyed it wasn't a new lioness, you roar at her for being near your territory. Angry, the lioness snarls back, smacking a set of claws at your face. Hopefully nobody saw that... - Karma Loss * Ignore - Oh well. Not caring, you turn and head in another direction. - Does not effect Karma ---------------------------------------------------------- Well, thats it *whew*. I'll add any suggestions I think are good for this and give you credit as you wish ^_^ And if the code format thing got messed up, sorry about that x3 Experimenting with it. |

I love these ideas, especially the mutation ones. :) What about a mutation where the cub is smaller as an adult then usual? Like maybe 1/2 the size of a normal adult? It would NOT be lethal, but would limit it...like, a female couldn't hunt...etc. Oh, & animals CAN survive being toothless, they just have to have special food....something that's easy to chew...so maybe have it random somehow? @AstraMoon Good point, Ill add the size mutation and credit you! As for the teeth thing, I don't think that lions can find a can of special food for a toothless animal, though... Correct me if Im wrong though C: 0 players like this post! Like? |

I totally support these :D Also, as for toothless lions.. They could possibly survive off things that are easily swallowed/crushed Etc.. Like.. Fish? Eggs.. There could be an option to buy things like 'intestines' or 'innards' like brains, intestines, hearts Etc.. They could survive off stuff like that.. Though I'd have to think that the no teeth and the small size could arm in arm as obviously just those things to eat wouldn't provide all the nutrients needed to grow so it's growth would be stunted?? Obviously, the small size could be a separate mutation as well :) Thoughts? 0 players like this post! Like? |

@Hisoka So, suggesting the Toothless mutant and size mutant combine into one? That's actually a nice one; There could be options to feed the cub at 4 months things like eggs and such(aka things that can be eaten without teeth), and it will live, but be smaller in size when it grows, but if not fed, it will die? 0 players like this post! Yeah, exactly like that :) Though up until they're a year old I'd think they'd have to kept above a high % of hunger(like maybe 60? Or the hunger could just fall a lot quicker in a cub to an adult)? So you'd need to feed it every day? As obviously a cub would have to eat often to survive and that wouldn't be any different to one without teeth... If that makes sense 0 players like this post! I like the finding past lionesses in explore karma interactions, but I thought I'd just point out that NCLs were actually changed from random point in heat cycle to eight days til heat to try and discourage mass breeders ^^ If it takes eight days for a NCL to be in heat rather than being able to claim and chase until you get ones who are in heat then breed and sell them in 3 days time, it's less profitable to be doing ^^ 0 players like this post! I don't think you realize how much I like Midnight/Twilight base, aqua eyes, slit pupils and panda markings.. If they do it so you can get more than just black panda I would have found the perfect female xD 0 players like this post! Like? |

No support on midnight/twilight, or the eyes, sorry. They're too unrealistic, and Xylax would never add them. All of Lioden's features are based somewhere in nature, even fiery is based off an existing color morph of the tiger. Very iffy on the markings, as well. 0 players like this post! I support everything but the different pupil shapes... they seem a bit too bizarre for me to be a naturally occurring thing. The markings are fun, and the eye colors are okay. Although the emerald and aqua look a lot alike on my screen. Maybe if the emerald was more like a natural emerald? A dark green. Jade would be a nice shade of color, too - but that's another topic entirely. o.o Extra toes, though! One of my cats is a polydactyl, and the 'thumbs' he's got are adorable. I would love to see that on our lions as a mutation. As for the missing leg, realistically, a lion wouldn't survive so well in the wild if it were missing a limb... but... I don't know. No worries ^^ But no support on midnight, aqua or emerald, the colours hurt my eyes for some reason x.x I'd say it's the neon-ness of the eyes, but that doesn't make sense for midnight, does it? Gave me a headache already anyways xD And same as Lis on the different pupil shapes ^^" A mutation where the pupil is split could be interesting, I think I've seen that before, from memory... Idk. And the missing back left leg wouldn't actually display at all on an adult lioness, you can't see that leg ^^" so foreleg might be a better idea with that ^^ 0 players like this post! Like? |
