My thought on it is shrink the upper chest area a little bit, I'm not use to drawing awkward angles myself but the shoulder seams a tad to round at the top. And in my opinion the shoulder blade along the back should be slightly less curvy and thinner.

Not a lion anatomy expert, but I believe the paw should be flat on the ground rather than on its side so that the bottom of the paw is facing up? Kinda like this poorly drawn quick example I just did?

hello! I'm no master at anatomy but I did my own sketch of this -- http://sta.sh/028yqr6wb1l7 (sorry about the crappy quality, that was done in ms paint with a finger on a touch screen so its a little... unpolished.)

the paw shouldn't be turned outwards, that would probably be a little uncomfortable and could be impossible for him to rotate his shoulder like that. the paws would likely be facing up, towards his torso. the shoulder blade is a little short and too rounded at the top -- unless you're going for a Zira from The Lion King sort of style, the chest is too bulky compared to the rest of the body and I'd try to even it out a little.
