Hey there!

Prowle and I recently finished watching a documentary on Netflix called Unbranded, in which a few young men adopt wild horses from a government facility, tame them as best they can, and trek from Mexico to Canada! The film in incredible and inspiring, so much so that Prowle and I would like to model an RP from it. But we would like one ( possibly two ) other literate RPer(s) to join us ( we recommend watching it, more so because it's such a great film -- it's not needed for this RP ) However, the documentary shows just how unpredictable the wild really is, and the men are often challenged by mother nature. We would like to replicate this!
Introducing Happenstance, built from an off-site RP! This would be a person who does not control a certain character. They merely watch the thread and, when they see fit, introduce a natural happening ( a horse getting injured, heavy rain, animal encounters, etc ) so to keep things interesting. They are not here to simply hinder us, for the events can be good as well. They will temporarily control any animal or event they introduce to give our characters something to have to deal with! Exciting, right?

Your character ( you're only allowed one, sorry! ) sees an ad in the paper, calling for a few adventurous hearts to join up with a few strangers and trek across the country on the backs of wild horses. What could be more fun than that?


A few notes;
We would very much like if we do not know you yet; we like meeting new people!
Please be literate. We will ask for a sample upfront! If you would like to see samples of ours as well, just ask! And if you could reply at least once a week, that'd be great!
Each man will get two horses; one to ride and one to carry gear.
In order to replicate the unpredictable personalities and appearances of wild horses, we would like to have Happenstance create a few outlines for horses and have a random decider pick for us, but if you really want to customize your horses you may.
Happenstance does not get to godmod our characters. They can only give us situations to react to! If you would like to be our Happenstance, no controlling characters please. c:
Try not to plot with us! The only thing set in stone is their destination! We'd like to leave the rest up to chance. Happenstance is not allowed to plot with anyone, as that would take the fun out of it all!
