 Welcome to Arrowwood Academy! Now this may look like your usual everyday academy, but it isn’t! Why? Let’s just say not all of our staff and students are…human. That is correct we not only teach humans but also supernatural beings! These supernatural beings aren't what you would really call you usual hides under your bed boogie man. They are kids and teens who have powers, they can have powers like telekinesis to actually being a centaur. These kids and teens come to this academy to help control themselves and learn more about who they are while also getting the basic human knowledge and interaction. Now many of the humans that attend to this school don’t know that they are surrounded by supernatural creatures but there are some that have either known about the supernatural their whole life or found out about it later on in life. Now shall we begin? (Now go easy on me this is my very first RP I have ever created. Usually over the years I have just joined ones that others have created so please if any of you have any tips and suggestions on what I could do to help and make this RP thrive and function properly.) ~Links~ OOC chatroom RP Thread ~Rules~ ~ Must follow all of the Lioden rules. ~Keep swearing to a minimum, I mean I have a bad swearing problem and my character would probably let lose a couple of them. But please be respectful and don't spam it or use a curse word in every single sentence, just don't. You can have your characters swear if they are in pain or did something stupid but don't flood your characters reply with curse words everywhere. ~Keep everything fade to black or take it to pm. I mean you can have your characters kiss and do all that but once the clothes start going off take it to pm or something. ~This academy is both an academy and what you would call a research center or a secret agency of sorts. ~To all the people who want to create staff members, the staff know about the supernatural inhabitants and even could be one themselves. they are specially trained agents or people who have mastered their powers that had stayed after their training and wish to helps others master theirs as well. Also before you do create one please ask me before hand. ~Like I said there are humans that know about the supernatural but not many of them. That means I don't want to see every human character that knows about the supernatural, I want to also see some of them who are oblivious to that world. ~You can have about 2 characters, if you want to have more please pm me. ~No Godmodding ~No Gary/Mary Sues ~Hate the character not the player ~ Characters that you have created cannot be in a relationship together, they can however be siblings, cousins, etc. ~I want to have people who can be Semi-Literate to maybe just maybe even Literate. ~I want people to post at least five sentences or more. I know we can be very busy at times heck even I can get very busy at times. ~Factions~ Factions aren't exactly important except to be an entertainment purpose for the students that go to the Arrowwood Academy. It is definitely based off of Harry Potter's Hogwarts houses, such as the factions competing on whom will get the most points, things like that. For example if a sports event was going on the factions would compete with each other. for our factions we have, Wolf Bear Hawk Deer our first faction is Bear it represents strength and bravery, many students with traits that are similar to these will be entered into the bear faction. Second is the Hawk faction it represents intelligence, power, and skill. Many students with traits similar to these will be entered into the hawk faction. Third is out Deer faction it represents the compassionate, creative, and peaceful. Many students with traits similar to these will be entered into the deer faction. Lastly the Wolf faction, it represents the loyal, adventurous, ambitious, and fair. Many students with traits similar to these will be entered into the wolf faction. now some of you might not have the faction you desire so please do not complain if you do. Sexuality: Straight Faction: Probably Deer Appearance: (I have to draw him. But for now, only written desc.) Magnus is a decently tall man, who stands at a 5 feet 9 inches. His hair is actually kind of long, and part of it covers his left eye. The hair color is a unusual slate color, and his eyes give the 'unnusual' part a stronger turn, as they are a very light shade of blue. He often wears rather warm clothes, as a hooded jacket, gloves and jeans. All of them are colored blue, as well. His skin is very pale, and oddly cold to the touch. He also has a pair of bat-like wings and a tai(both are exactly as long as his arms), which he can 'toggle' visible or not. Both of said body parts are a navy blue color. Magnus looks failry human, exept for his hair, skin and eye color which he cannot hide. The farthest he can mask are his wings and tail, as said before. ---Voice Information: Magnus has a slightly weird accent. He grew up listening to Italian and British accents, so he kind of mixes them up most of the time and his voice is rather deep. ---Height: 5" 9' ---Weight: 152.3 lbs. ---Species: Elemental Ice Demon (Demon+Human Hybrid) Kinda speaks for itself actually. Powers: Ice summoning and bending. He can create weapons and other things using his ice summoning abilities. Though, not all types of weapons. As in, he can create knifes and hammers and swords. But he can't create Functional guns or other types of weapons that require working mechanisms to work. Objects made by his ice start to melt if he ceases touch with them. Something rather cuirous is the fact that, thanks to an ancestor he had, Magnus has the capability to turn into a house cat. His fur is mostly unnatural, and in his case, it's completely white. But, that's not the odd side of it. The actual weird thing are the tabby stripes on his body, which adopt the color of his eyes and turn a pale blue. These keep his skin's unusual cold feeling, and seem to faintly glow in the dark. His tail, also remains as his own spiky navy tail in this form. ---Special Features: Bright blue eyes, slate hair, pale and cold skin, bat-like wings and a pronged tail. (I think?) ---Clothing: (already wrote this) ---Accessories: None ---Piercings/Tattoos/other similar features: He has a pair of long, black, scar-like markings under his eyes that reach all the way to the center of his cheeks. Personality summary: Magnus is a calm man, always looking up to helping anyone who needs him. He's a gentleman, and a polite person. You'll rarely see him angry, or raising his voice at all. But if he is ever angered, calming him again can be rather difficult. And god help anyone who dares damage or annoy his friends and family. Positive traits: -Calm -Happy -Peaceful -Intelligent -Friendly Negative Traits: -Grudge-Holding -Tends to slack off quite a bit -His talking is very low most of the time, which messes him up slightly during classes as the teachers cannot hear him. -Easy to break/Sadden/Ect Likes: (at least 3 likes or more) -Reading -Sleeping -Company -Happiness -Cold, dark places -Tranquil places Dislikes: -Loud people or places -Bullies -Egocentric people -Warm/Hot places -People repeatedly asking him to speak up -Being Sad/Crying (Not because he is a guy. He dislikes crying because it makes him feel awful.) Fears: -Being left alone (As in, no family or friends in the future) -Fear of fire -Fear of death (Or having to see someone close die) Habits: -Well, he does tend to sleep a bit too much, or even oversleep in class days. Which obviously causes him to arrive late. -He just stares blankly into nothingness now and then, mostly during classes to try and forget about all the school preassure. (And the facts he has so many assigments and delayed work since he is always late for class or don't turn in his things.) Family: ---Siblings: *Mention-only characters. Accepted! omg the character I have in the making for this right now has the power of a shape shifter that prefers to shape shift himself into a demonic version of himself XD also just a note to everyone, expect to be updating your forms. oh I see you are confused with the gender preference and appearance! Sorry my bad I forgot to put what they meant up there XD Gender Preference means your preferences such as what you want to be called, do you want to be called a they? or a she or he? Gender Appearance is well your gender appearance, it is for trans genders or others similar to that, like if your character is naturally male but feel female and have a female appearance or do they like to switch their gender appearance back and forth. 0 players like this post!
