A long time ago in a far away place in a land called Riviera, lived a herd of pegasi. The land of Riviera was a vast place dotted wth small forests and mountains. But what is was really known for, was its plains, wide lands with green grass everywhere underfoot. Until the fire. The fire ravaged the land stripping it of all its wonders. The forests looked like burnt toothpicks, the mountains looked turned sad and gloomy, and it's wonderous, green plains turned to hard cracked earth and dry, barely edible dry grasses. After the fire the pegasi herd soon broke apart in disoriented chaos. Without the numbers of the herd to protect them the former members of the herd were either hunted for sport or were captured and forced into hard labor. Will you escape the cruel whip of the humans? Will you find a better life among the two-legged creature? Or will you stay true to your duties where ever you have been place by them? Make a choice because time is of the essence and its running out. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ So about right now there are no wild pegasi left. They are all either dead or working for the humans as stated above. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Rules - yes I know this Rp is about flying horses ,but please to some extent keep it realistic; so no fire breathing pegasi or anything like that - be respectful - have fun - semi literacy - if some thing needs to be faded out please do so - no Mary Sues - maxim of three characters per person - the dynamics of horse herds amplied If you read the rules then please put a :) at the bottom of your post. Oh and one more thing the rp takes place around the 1800s  0 players like this post! Like? |

Arie ||female||farm place (tell me if I'm missing something ) Arie was plowing the field the sun was so hot and she was so tired, every time she slowed down she was whipped. "Damn two legs .. Urh... So worthless... Ugh... Need others to do there job." Arie was whipped again this time she lashed out at the man, big mistake she was roped again 7 men holding her down forced back to her stall where she was punished for her actions. 0 players like this post! Geministrial | Homosexual Male | 3 Years | Farm-place (same as Iris and Blackfire The young stallion shook his tail, trying to scare the flies away. He shuddered and trotted his way out of the stable, running into the open field. He smiled as the sun lighted up his pelt, making him look beautiful. He galloped around for a while, trying to find a way of making the day pass quicker. He would fly, but the farmer had tied his wings so he wouldnt escape. Speak of the farmer, he had heard from the horses in the stables that a new pegasus would arrive today, how exciting! he tought. 0 players like this post! This wasn't my first time in here and I knew it wasn't my last. When I finally fell under the whips they laughed even more closing the gate then finally I was away from them I knew they weren't going to bother me anymore to day. I looked my my little window to see a newly caught stallion being broken, the shame I felt seeing another one of my fellow pegasi getting tortured. "Poor dear, hope he does better here than I am," she licked as many wound as she could but a lot were out of reach. She laid down she was alreadie weak before the beating now she was beyond tired shaking with every breath. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Bloom, Female, 4 1/2 years, small town Bloom was walking through town, with a small wagon at the back. There was a farmer beside her, saying horrible threats and punishments in her ear. She had a scared expression, as passerby had saddened expressions as they felt sorry for her. As she got to the station to sell, the farmer put her to a post, tied her up, and sold the crops. She stood there, waiting for the farmer to finish, and for them to go back to the stables. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Geministrial | Homosexual Stallion | 3 Years | The Fence Gemini trotted to the fence near the Taming Enclousure, knowing what he would see there. Effectively, he saw a stallion, being brutally pushed and mangled around with ropes and bullhooks (IDK did bullhooks even exist? XD) His ears traced down but he stood there waiting until the stallion was finally released into the fields. He heard his cries of pain and saw him buck like his life would end if he didnt. -Stop fighting...- He muttered, just loud enough. Amalthea | Mare | 5 Years old | At: The Field, plowing Struggling against the ropes tied around her wings, Amalthea was sweating hard. She strained her broad back, pulling the heavy plow behind her. The field was almost done but it took it's toll on her. The pretty mare had been worked half to death in the week before and given only a day of rest, then was to work again. The schedule repeated it's self seemingly endlessly, demanding so much work of her she felt she would drop at any moment. Amalthea took a second to stop and catch her breath, but was stung with the whip and continued. Panting hard the pegasus continued on, unable to escape her captors. Europa | Pansexual Mare | 4 Years old | At: The market, being sold The calm pegasus quietly walked onto the wooden stage, tossing her mane. She stood beside a man who was holding her bridle, calling out numbers that Europa didn't understand. Her feet danced around nervously, unsure of what to do. In a flash it was all over and she was loaded into a trailer. The mare reared up at the box on wheels, but was shoved into it. The trailer was hot. Too hot. Europa tried kicking the side of the box to free herself, but it failed. Her wings felt like they were on fire. They were tied down to her back, unable to stretch or stop heating up her back. Although a hot one, the journey was fairly quick. The mare was lead out of the small trailer and into a small, grass-less paddock where a few others of her kind gathered. Her heart skipped a beat from seeing others of her kind. Rearing up, she whinnied in delight and trotted over to see what was going on. 0 players like this post! Like? |

"Two legs, nothing but a bunch of weaklings," she snorted the night was cool, a light breeze made it way though the window. She galloped back towards the stables, with the farmer roughly leading her back to her stable. She looked around at the others, and looked back down, noticing she had no food or water. Kuso | Stallion | Four Years | At: The Farm Stables. Kuso's sides heaved, as he felt the stable wall press in onto his sides, slightly ignoring Bloom's abrupt entrance from the two-legged creature. The stable hadn't let the stallion move freely, like they used to do in the wild, and he had been growing restless with every spare second he spent in the small box-like structure. The straps that were set over his barrel had tightened every time he had tried to set free his wings, but now it was almost impossible to breathe as for how many times he'd tried. 0 players like this post!
