Those are pretty cool. I'm bad at critiquing coloring and shading, I'm more of a stickler for anatomy ^^;

I can't remember if you're open for commissions or not. I know I love your glowy stuff, I can't even do that so I'm envious of that.

I'm no professional on art or anything, but I definitely see a lot of improvement! Your lines are much cleaner now, and your shading is gorgeous <3 I honestly really love your coloring style, especially the glow effect.

It looks good! You've improved a lot. :)

Though some suggestions:
-reference photos of teeth! Good looking teeth can make all the difference. (I love drawing teeth..I have a thing for teeth)
-A more clearly defined light source
-Light bounces. You have glow, but that's ALL I see. That yellow/green light should be bouncing around! Little glow-colored highlights near those areas would look amaze.

Good things:
-Beautiful cell-shading! I love the hair and the bit on the neck a lot.
-That eye. I want that eyeball. I love the way you did the skin around it, the thin white highlights. A+
-the glowing nose is hot. also the tongue. MMMM.

There is visible improvement:) I can tell you that "Draw with Jazza" YT channel was very helpfull to me while working with lights (there was one awesome video that I can't find right now)
