Long ago, the world was chaotic and fantastical. Magical creatures and tyrants ruled. There was very little order amongst the many peoples of the land.

Today, not much has changed; The world is filled with magical beasts, powerful gods, and undiscovered treasures.

But now, a faction has arisen, a group of people that are dedicated to keeping the innocent safe and give justice to the cruel. These people came together after one fateful night, one better left forgotten. Since, they have been working hard to fix this broken land.

This is a RP about a small band of people, in an anything-goes-world. They have only been together for a few days, so they don't really know each other. They can be any creature, of any background. In fact, i encourage diversity! Having characters that are very similar to each other tends to make things bland.

This RP is going to have a focus on characterization, relationships, and creativity. The group travel around, fight bad guys, help people, maybe confront their inner demons, all the good stuff. So, essentially, for now, has a "Adventure of the week" feel, but with some things carrying over from adventure to adventure. Eventually, i'm sure that will all pile up into something more serious and plot-heavy, but we can cross that bridge when we come to it :D

For now, i'm thinking that one person comes up with an idea, and we all run with it to a conclusion. This RP will also likely have a slower pace, going day to day.

Rules, Guidelines

- This is a small RP; Only about five people will be allowed in. Maybe more, maybe less.
- You may only have one character. Quality over quantity.
- No Mary Sues/Gary Stu's. Characters must have flaws and make mistakes that cause conflict. Not constantly, but you understand.
- Literacy is required. Don't worry too much about grammar; I understand that we all make mistakes and its practically unavoidable to misspell something, or mess up a sentence. But do TRY to have good grammar. So, no textspeak.
- Posts should be a decent length, at least a few sentences. More is preferred, but as i can tell who is where and what they are doing, it's fine.
- For cursing and gore, please use it...responsibly. Don't have cursing just because you can, and same with gore. There should be a creative reason behind such language or violence, like getting an idea across.
- Characters must have limits to their powers; You can have a godlike character, but they must have some kind of weakness, wither it be in their personality, requiring certain items to use their power, or losing their power if a certain thing happens. For example, if you have a dragon character, their limit could be that they can only breathe fire for 2 minutes, and then they cannot do it again for a few days. The idea here is to keep the characters a bit more vulnerable, and allow for more creative situations. Like, what DOES a dragon do when they can't breathe fire and they're lost in a cave?
- Hate the character, not the player.
- To prove you've read the rules, answer this question in the "Other" part of the character sheet: What is your favorite book series, or TV show?
- No godmodding. This can get a little tricky, but in general, don't make your character always win. Or win easily. Especially against other players.
- Please be active. Once a week is good enough, but more is obviously preferred. Let us know if you can't be active.
