Wouldn't it be cool if the teen males' manes were all a little different as to resemble their adult manes? You know like how the Tsavo teen's mane is shorter. Well, for example the Diabolical mane could have the hair face forward onto his face like the adult version, the Normal mane could face forward like on my avatar, and the Katanga mane could have two parts sticking out. This would be awesome for people who like freezing their lions, and for those who like variety and uniqueness in general. Plus, who doesn't wanna see a funny-looking emo teen lion with the Sideward mane? X3 This feature would be mostly for looks but I'm sure it'd give the game more variety. |

I think this is a cute idea and don't see any reason not to have it -- it's like having the extra cub stages, it's cute and adds a bit of flair to your lions!  0 players like this post! Like? |

This has been suggested before and rejected on the grounds that'd it'd be too much effort adapting decors, markings, bases, and mutations for such a short period of time. Things like male poses and mutations would be a better outlet for that time. And since they're adolescents they're going to have scraggly manes that don't really resemble the adult male's because they're still growing in and haven't really developed a shape yet. Cub stages makes more sense because lion cubs do go through visible stages of development as they age but adolescent males don't really have distinct variations in their manes unless they're tsavo lions. 0 players like this post!
