I like the idea. A necklace, perhaps.
The description of the bone suggests it is from a small animal, so I envision the bones themselves to be pretty tiny.

I've been curious about the rib bones too tbh!! :0 I just don't really know what direction to go with it! Would the #1 option be preferred or the #2 option be preferred? I can always sketch up more things, I'm just uncreative oops,,,

#1 = rib bone cover, similar to that in bone armor but covers more space
#2 = leg decorations/protection

Honestly, because rib bones are SO easy to get and common, I think you could do both! However, like Griff mentioned the description calls out specifically bones from a small animal, so you'd need a LOT to make the rib cage armor. You could also do tail rings, ear piercings, necklaces... tons of stuff :D It would make a really neat craftable project.

The idea of armor sounds nice, but really, rib bones aren't rare enough. Anklets or necklaces sounds good though.
