A demon Halfling maybe doesn't know of their true heritage and sees themselves as just a normal human until something happens and their demonic traits awaken. Which maybe alerts many demons that a Halfling is around. Maybe Halfling's are like quite powerful depending on how powerful the demon parent is, and this Halfling is pretty powerful. So maybe instead of hunting and killing down the Halfling while they are learning their powers, the leader of demons sends a high ranked demon to fetch the Halfling. Then when the demon finds the Halfling it just so happens that something back fires at some point and now the demon refuses to bring the Halfling back to hell and instead tries to protect each other from the rest of the demons and helps teach the Halfling in controlling their powers. (plot creds to my rp partner on this one, though!!)

It was just past sunset, when Blake decided to head out, from a day spent simply lounging around his room the entire day, some of the others in the orphanage, around his age, giving him mildly disdainful looks as he passed them. Blake himself didn't get why they hated him, but everyone else of course, knew he was hated simply because of the fact he'd dropped out of high school at age 16. He was 18, now, having just turned 18 a few days ago, and he still hadn't gone back, and didn't see a need to. School had never been easy for him, for several reasons, including not paying attention in class, behavior issues that had gotten him expelled once or twice, not doing assignments, especially not homework, and besides, Blake really just hated it, in general. He had no plans in life, really, but he assumed he'd figure something out.

As he left the orphanage, humming to himself, and simply ignoring the other orphans, he set off down the sidewalk, having no plans for tonight, either, but he'd just go wherever the night took him, as usual, but that usually took him to a bar with some of his friends, of course using a fake ID, and probably getting drunk, practically stumbling back to the orphanage. Though, he'd grown to hate the orphanage, too, of course, and his parents, though his mother, as far as he knew, was dead, having died giving birth to him, and he had no clue where his father was, or who he was, as he'd never been told about him, or anything. Frankly, he didn't care, though. He moved to lean against a building, rubbing his wrists, like a convict who'd just gotten his handcuffs off, almost. Recently, he'd started feeling a sharp pain on both of them, and really, it hurt like hell, but Blake liked to think he had a pretty high pain tolerance, so he'd grown to ignore it. Today though, it was worse, and he felt it in his back, and sort of in his head, too. Just a constant, burning, sharp pain, and he leaned his head back, taking a few deep breaths, wondering if he should go back to orphanage real quick, and get some kind of painkillers, or something.
(maybe the demons can just detect something's off right now, and they know something big's gonna happen, so your character could've even been sent, so he could get there, first?)

The sound of cars racing down the numerous streets and basic city life was all that could be heard, maybe a few passing conversations here and there but nothing more. The lights from countless buildings and streetlamps was the only thing that illuminated the darkened sky. A darkened figure was crouched on top of a roof of a three story building and away from any mortals sight. The figure's gaze was aloof as it watched the city life below, however, they weren't just sitting there to watch the city, they were on a mission. Aiden had been order by the ruler himself, to watch for anything 'big' that was supposedly rumored going to happen.

However, he has not found much luck yet, and is starting to believe he might have just been sent on a wild goose chase. The demon king growled at the thought, tiny black bodies of low level demons called Tars floated around. Only to franticly twirl around as he waved a clawed hand, their tiny round bodies twirling and darting from the impact. These tiny little creatures are super low leveled demons with black circular bodies without any arms or legs, just a cat like face with ears and a tail. They don't do anything and are practically harmless, they are unable to be seen by the mortal eye unless the being was to come in contact with a demon. They are attracted to gloomy places/people and chaos so where ever you find Tars bunched up together, you may find a demon too.

Aiden knew of the demons that disagreed of his rulers decision, but he also knew that he could be in some sort of danger if those very demons found out that he was here. Of course the demon king wasn't at all afraid of mere lower leveled demons but he was worried over what followed them: eradicating them as they created chaos for the human realm. With a loud sigh and a flick of his long black tail, the demon reached out to grab a brown leather bag that was placed next to him, to which he may or may not have stolen. That was until he found what he might have been looking for, a small cloud of scattering Tars floating in a alleyway about three to four roofs away from him, this piqued the demons curiosity.

Blake let out a rather loud groan, almost like a growl, really, of pain, clutching his head, earning him a few odd looks from anyone that cared to look at him. He ran his hands through his hair a bit, trying to calm himself down as best he could, but to no avail, and really, he felt like he was going to be sick. He decided that he couldn't make it back to the orphanage to take something in time, so he turned, more or less stumbling into a nearby alley, one hand holding his stomach, the other still on his head. He moved his one hand off his stomach, holding on the wall, while he squinted his eyes shut, groaning, or growling, again.

He punched the wall a couple times, trying to relieve himself in some way, until his knuckles hurt, and bled a bit. Then, he simply resorted to lightly hitting his head against it, maybe trying to knock himself out, so he wouldn't be in such pain, but really, it just made it worse for himself. Blake slowly slid to the ground, on his hands and knees, taking deep, painful breaths. After a few moments, it got far worse and he let out a blood-curdling scream, scattering just a few of the gathering Tars around him, which he could not yet see. Of course, he couldn't see anything at the moment, his eyes shut tightly, as well as crying a few pain-induced tears. As well as that, Blake could not see it when spikes started to surface on his back and wrists, tearing though his clothes slightly, the spikes themselves bloody, and said blood staining his clothes and some from his wrists dripped onto the ground.

Aiden swiftly grasped his leather bag, pulling the strap over his head and letting the bag fall right to his side. With one swift movement, Aiden launched himself off the building. He landed with a small grunt before sprinting off towards the building across from him, minding the cars and pedestrians. Hopefully this might be what his ruler had him searching for, he would be quite agitated to find that it was just some mortals crime or something similar to that. The demon king ran through various streets and alley ways, following the floating black creatures as the groups started to become more abundant.

The demon closed in on a alleyway, not before skidding to a stop as he heard a blood-curdling scream reach his ears. Aiden let out a small, almost taunting chuckle as the familiar metallic scent of blood filled his senses. However, that wasn't the only scent that he could find, there was another one, like a mixture of both demon and human. He proceeded to walk towards his destination, turning a corner of the alleyway. His eyes furrowed as he spotted a figure leaning against the brick wall.

What happened here? The demon tilted his head as he stared at the figure, his tail swishing and curling as if it had a mind of it's own. His eyes scanned over the figure, it was a teenage guy, however Aiden knew that he wasn't human. Bloodied spikes protruded from the male's back and wrists, while his bloodied clothing were torn where the spikes surfaced. Blood had made itself well known as it covered the boy in scattered spots, dripping and pooling down onto the cool concrete ground. Aiden could spot ram-like horns a top the boy's head, partnered with messy black hair. Aiden could tell this may have been what he was sent for but he was still unsure. The demon king stood cautiously, standing a little ways from the male, even though the guy may be in pain, that does mean he might not try and attack.

Blake's breathing sounded pained, ragged, and he was practically panting, almost exhausted already. Everything hurt, and his vision was blurred from tears, and a bit of blood dripping into his eyes from where his horns had surfaced, but he was able to smell, and hear someone approach. He abruptly looked at him, blinking away the tears and blood. His eyes were different now, though he didn't know it himself, of course. His sclera were black, and his irises now an almost glowing amber.

Not really in his right mind at the moment, Blake suddenly lunged at the newcomer, with scary speed, not seemed to care if he was a human, or whatever else. He growled, in an inhuman way, attempting to bite or hack at him with the spikes on his wrists.

The next thing Aiden knew, the other male lunged themselves at him. A loud huff came from his throat as his back hit the cool hard concrete, taking his breath away for a few second. With one arm braced outwards in attempt to keep his attacker from biting into him, the demon king let out a inhumane growl of his own, baring his fangs. His back ached slightly from the impact and he could feel the males claws and spikes brush and slice at his skin at times, blood dripping slowly from the wounds. His breathing was ragged as he tried to hold the other demon back from causing even more damage, Aiden knew that he could over power him quite easily seeing that he is in some sort of rage, but that would mean causing great damage to his attacker, however, right now he was more curious as to why this one is in a rage and if this was what he was sent here for.

Aiden lifted his right leg, bringing it all the way to his chest before pushing his foot into the attackers stomach in attempt to push him off.

Blake snarled, relentlessly attacking him, with savage fury, like a wild animal, really. He didn't seem to care what part of the man he struck, just wanting to cause any kind of damage at all. He did move back, when he pushed him with his foot, taking a few, unsteady steps back, snarling at him, still. He seemed to hesitate, almost, with lunging at him again, or trying to get away, or something, he himself was not in total control of his actions, anyway.

With no warning other than another snarl, he shot the spikes from both of his wrists at him, the bloody, sharp spikes of bone, barely being aimed at him, he simply wanted them to hit him. Within seconds, new spikes surfaced, with a bit more blood.

Aiden quickly got back up to his own feet, reaching a arm up to wipe away some blood from his face only to unknowingly smear the crimson liquid across his skin. His clothing and hair were a complete mess from being pinned to the ground but he not once bat a eyelash at it. Keeping his attention on his attacker, he got back into a defensive stance arms raised up to his chest as if he was in a fist fight, which this could maybe could as one. Aiden watched as the other male took some unsteady steps back, only to snarl once again and shoot the spikes that protruded from his wrists. Okay, that was not what he was expecting.

Aiden dodged the flying spikes as much as possible, however, the demon hissed as a searing pain a light from his right side. A spike managed to find it's target and slice his right side, tearing his skin and adding more holes to his already dirtied and torn hoodie and shirt. The demon king let out another growl with a bare of his fangs, only to lunge at the other male. Reaching out to grab the front of the other's shirt in attempt to try and pin the other on the wall.

Blake glared at him, hardly caring that just one of his spikes struck him, not thinking for himself, anyways. He stood still while he watched him for a few seconds, panting softly, starting to get a bit tired already, mostly from the energy it took for his powers to show themselves, really. He saw the other male try and lunge at him, but he reacted a bit too late to it.

Before he knew it, he was against the wall, snarling, and squirming in his grip. He kicked out at him, and swiped at him with his class and spikes. He attempted to bite him a couple times, too.

(sorry it's kinda short?)

Aiden gave the outraged teenager a hard glare, teeth bared as a sign of aggression. The demon king did as much as he could to pin the squirming male provided-that he couldn't do to much damage anymore. The height difference does help Aiden in his case, lifting the teenager so that his feet was off the ground. Aiden could feel his wounds slowly starting to heal, the blood already stopped flowing.

Aiden kept a tight grip on the teens shirt, knowing that with how much force he kept the male pinned he wouldn't be going no where anytime soon. "Snap the hell out of it, kid!" He growled, the demon king knew that talking to the outrage teenager probably would not work but he might as well give it a shot.

Blake reached his hands up, keeping a tight, deadly grip on the older male's arm, digging his claws into his flesh. He stopped kicking at him for the most part, deciding that he could try and get him to release him, by simply hurting him, especially his arm.

He simply snarled when he spoke to him, not particularly in the mood to talk right now, if he even could, in his angry, demonic state. Blake did not seem to relax at all, almost seeming like a trapped animal, with limited options, which seemed like a fitting description, really. He aimed a few kicks at his stomach every now and then, trying to push him away, at least.

After his attempt to verbally communicate with the teenager he started to soon realize that this kid was becoming a lot harder to control than what he first thought. At first his thoughts were to just leave the teen immobile for a few minutes so that he could ditch the outraged teen and leave the humans to take care of it. However, as he went over the quickly made plan he trashed the idea. Not particularly in the mood to having a large massacre of humans even though it does sound the slightest bit tempting. But what is so great in having someone else have all the fun when he could be the one creating the chaos instead.

Aiden grunted as the teen made many attempts to harm him again, a few hits finding their target however they didn't affect the demon enough to make him ease his grip. Maybe he could just knock the teen out? Yeah that could work, and then carry him to the national forest park that he found signs to a few hours after he had just got sent to the human realm. Aiden released one arm from gripping the teens shirt, now only one arm keeping a grip, he reeled his arm back and bunched his hand into a fist. Aiden threw a punch, aiming for the teens head to knock him out.

Blake stared at the man before him, dead in the eyes, watching him very closely, as he struggled, and growled at him, relentless in his trying to escape. He only briefly wondered who this guy was, and what he was probably planning, based on his current silence, and the fact that he almost seemed to be in thought. But, that didn't necessarily matter to him right now, and the thought quickly left his mind, once again focused on getting away, and maybe fighting to do so.

He snarled, perhaps in triumph, when he released him with one of his arms, thinking that he'd made him let go, and it only made it easier to struggle. Blake snarled again, in a sudden burst of anger, when he saw his fist, but before he knew it, he was out cold.

Aiden sighed as he watched the teen go limp in his grasp, out cold. His muscles and joints starting to ease themselves as his face changed into that of a calm one, however his tail still flicked in agitation. The demon allowed the teen's unconscious body to slowly slide onto the ground before letting go of his shirt only to notice small holes, where his claws pierced the pink fabric. He raked a hand through his messy black hair before looking down at his attire. His clothes were a complete mess, rips and tears could be found everywhere on his hoodie, shirt, and pants. A gaping large hole was on the left side of his clothing however the wound has fully healed leaving dried blood in it's place. Now for the fun part.

The demon king reached down and grabbed the teenager's unconscious body before heaving it over his shoulder. Once Aiden made sure the teenager's body was secured he started to make way to his destination, making sure to keep out of mortals sights.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Eventually the demon made it to the national park, with the help of a few signs he had no other trouble finding the forest area. It was the only place Aiden could think of taking the teen so that if he did rage out at least he couldn't harm anybody except a few animals. The only thing that kept Aiden entertained was the sound of his feet hitting different terrain and the different wildlife as he walked. The demon shifted the teen's still unconscious body around, feeling his shoulder becoming a bit uncomfortable with the amount of weight for to long. Other than that everything seemed to have calmed down and all in all peaceful, however that didn't mean the demon king's guard wasn't up.

Aiden observed the area before him, it was of course a forest so vegetation was abundant, different trees surrounded the area and various plants littered the forest floor along with grass and patches of dirt. It was dark out already and the moon had shown it's face to the world as well as the stars, lighting the dark area around him however all the trees made it difficult for the light to come through. The darkness wasn't to much of a problem for Aiden since like almost every demon, he had the natural ability to see in the dark.

The demon spotted a nice plot of solid flat boulders next to a small stream, seeing that as a good spot to rest. The demon made his way over before setting the still unconscious teenager down gently. He then sauntered over towards a boulder, setting himself down with his back leaning against it. His electric blue gaze aloofly watched the unconscious body a few feet in front of him, however inside he was super curious on what this teenager was. Of course he had is suspicions but he couldn't really say anything until he had evidence of some sort. This kid definitely was a demon, that was for sure, a powerful one too, however, he was also something else too. As the demon king sat deep in thought, he never noticed a figure walking towards the two until they sat themselves on top of the boulder.

"Ya' know brother, at first I thought that father had just tricked you into a wild goose chase," a voice spoke, breaking the peaceful silence "However, now I can believe he is going to be utterly pleased with what you have found."

The demon was just about to claw the unknown figure, however he relaxed once again when he saw who it really was. Roka let out a amused chuckle at his half brother's antics "Oh come on now little brother~" Roka teased "You should know by now who visits you without any intention to see your blood smeared on the ground!" Aiden tilted his head back as he gazed his big brother, a small glare sent his way. Aiden was not in to much of a mood to play games.

"Roka~ What is it that you wish to tell me?" Aiden asked, his tone deep and serious, making him sound like he would fall asleep at any minute. Roka rested a elbow onto his knee, resting his chin into the palm of his pale hand before his once playful gaze turned serious. "Father is getting impatient," Roka quipped "apparently once you found what he wanted you to look for. You were to immediately bring it back home, so why is it taking longer than needed?" the demon king informed, his tone becoming mischievous at the end of his words and a smirk like that of a trickster lit his features.

The demon king of Time allowed his gaze to observe the unconscious figure of the teenager, Aiden's gaze soon following after. Aiden sighed before looking once again towards the white haired male "The kid went berserk and we ended up in a scuffle. Luckily I was able to knock him out before mortals started to get curious of all the racket." Aiden responded, reaching his arms up before using them to support his head and continuing "Now all I need to do is wait till the kid wakes up and figure out what he really is." Roka hummed in response before tilting his head "I have an idea, however I don't think it may be true..." Aiden shifted around before starring at his half-brother "and what would that be, hmm?" he questioned.

Roka let out another chuckled "I believe that this boy here could be a Halfling." He retorted "But that hasn't happened in a very long time. Besides if he is he might as well be killed where he stands, we all know that Halflings are too powerful and are a threat once they learn to control their powers." Roka then let out a sign of his own and slid down from the boulder, his feet hitting the ground before he turned away from his half-brother, striding away.

However just before leaving, the white haired demon king looked over his shoulder, smirking mischievously at the other demon king "Anyway I must take my leave~ I'll let this meeting slide but next time I will not save your ass from father once again." The half-brother called out, before taking a few step further only to stop again "Anyway, good luck~ and good bye!" Roka then snapped his finger's and a cloud of blue smoke surrounded him. Once it cleared the only thing that replaced him was a small dog which let out a few yappy barks only to dart out into the forest. Aiden sighed, a lot going through his mind at the moment, now all he had to do was wait.

(Oh god my hands hurt xD)

(i can see why, lol. apologies, since my reply isn't nearly as long ;0)

Blake woke up some time later, but for a while, he didn't move, and didn't open his eyes. He was back to normal, aside from the permanent changes to his body, sharper ears and teeth, and small horns, but he still hurt like hell, from the transformation, and he was exhausted from it as well. With a loud, pained groan, more of a whine, really, he sat up, clutching his head, as a result of a splitting headache.

"What the hell.." He trailed off, with a another groan of pain. Honestly, he assumed that he had, in fact, gone out and gotten drunk tonight, and he'd just passed out somewhere, maybe gotten into a fight or something, having no memory of the transformation, and fight with the other demon. Blake rubbed his eyes, and blinked a few times, before he could see again, looking around, and up at the man before him, jumping a bit in surprise when he saw him. "Hey! Uh.. Not to be totally rude or anything, but uh, who the hell are you? And why am I in the woods?" He asked.
