The head is full of fluids. It presuses against the brain and causes damage.

Hydrocephalus can be fatal. But in best case scenario it causes medical and developmental issues.

But I have one small suggestion, but I'm sure it's been said in your other mutation suggestions. It would be nice if they were all in one thread instead of like a dozen or more to scroll through.

This happens in horses, but it is extremely fatal. They only live up to a few hours before dying. Maybe make it fatal and they die at 1 month?

My sister had waterhead and she didn't die. It didn't affect her in any way (to our knowledge) since she seems perfectly fine.

lion king@ There is indeed change that a human could surive. This comes by medical knowlige. There are indeed also light cases. But they are not heard of/or barely.

Xylax@ I think it is to different. Because only the head is somewhat different than normal. With waterhead also the eyes and nose are different.

Ah I had a pug born with fluid in the head. He lived or a few months... Six I think? Before having a seizure and passing away. I'd support, Would be pretty neato.

this duplicate thread had the idea that the sprites of the cub could change each rollover before it dies, i think that'd be a nice touch
