Appearance: Riley has mixed black and white skin with wavy, dark brown almost black hair that comes down to the middle of her back. Her eyes are a hazel mixture of brown and Amber. And she is about 5"6 and based on her parents height won't be getting any taller.

Personality: Riley sees the good in everyone and never judges someone until she gets to know them. She believes everyone has a good side. She is very sweet and generous and loves to help out whenever she can. She truly cares for her family and friends and will do anything for them. She is very responsible and smart and does what she needs to do to get things done. She is very gentle and kind and is great with kids and animals.

Other: one day she plans to be a veterinarian.

Riley took the last of her Algebra notes before closing her pink composition book she had specifically for that class. Her eyes focused on the teacher, as she began telling them about a test they were going to be having on Friday. Riley made sure to write this down in her agenda just to make sure she studied for it since Friday was only three days away, and she had to make sure she aced the test like she did everything else. As soon as the bell rang, the teacher dismissed them, and Riley began to pack everything up in her backpack before slinging it around her shoulder and walking out of the classroom and to her locker. There she put her books away before walking to her best friend, Julie's, locker to walk with her to lunch as she had been doing the first two months of school.

Julie was a beautiful girl. She had a fair complexion with two dimples on both cheeks and beautiful black hair that flowed down to her butt. Her eyes were a piercing ice blue, and though she was sarcastic she was really sweet. She had her hair up in a bun today, and a tad bit of make up on when Riley approached. Julie smiled and greeted her before they walked to lunch together, sitting at their normal table in the corner.

"Matthew Stevens," Julie says again, looking at Riley who in turns rolls her eyes. "I'm serious," Julie continues. "Hes hot and nerdy and the perfect guy for you. And he likes you. Why won't you go out with him?" Riley sighed. They had this conversation all the time. "I know he is, and I like him. I'm just not looking for a relationship right now. My studies come first."

Then another member of their small trio came. It was Callie Goodwin. She was an honors kid. She was tall with straight blonde hair and green eyes. She was a total gossip. "Are we talking about Matthew again?" She asks, shaking her head at Julie. "You know she will never say yes." And then they engage in a conversation of why Riley should say yes. She sighed, looking around the cafeteria.
