openCanvas 1.1 is easy, fun and free. Paint.NET is also free. I'm starting to use Media Bang, but I'm used to the others like my two openCanvas programs (one isn't free, but my sister got it for me for my birthday) and Paint.NET. 0 players like this post! Like? |
