Stud Price VS Fertility Recently I ran into the issue of breeding my king to a low fertility request. It took me 38 tries to breed her successfully. I know I can simply deny the request but I wanted the SB. I was thinking that it might be nice if there was some sort price increase the lower the fertility of the requested Queen. Math Suggestion Negative Fertility Percentage x Base Price = Total Total x Base Price = Final Price Examples Using Base Price (BP) 250 SB: Queen A - 99% Fertile: Queen A's negative % would be 1% because she's very fertile. 0.01 x 250 (BP) = 2.5 2.5 + 250 = 252.5 SB (Rounded Down to 252 SB) Queen B - 89% Fertile: 0.11 x 250 = 27.5 27.5 + 250 = 277 SB Rounded Down Queen C - 1% Fertile: 0.99 x 250 = 247.5 247.5 + 250 = 497 SB Rounded Down More Info: Queens at 100% Fertility would be at Base Price Queens that are Infertile would be at the price of fertility percentage they are based on the item used to make them fertile. Please Give me Feedback and Suggestions as to why this is or is not viable. I understand that this may not even be coding viable. However if it is it may even be nice if it could be optional and have a warning to people choosing to send requests to let you know it's on for a particular king. |

As someone who used to have a ton of 1% girls and a potato king, studding was my only option if I wanted pretties. If this was implemented, I'd have to pay more than double for a king that was already high priced. So for that 600sb king my 1% would mean I'm paying close to 1300sb. That's something I'm not interested in paying just for a pretty king. I think if this was to be implemented, the amount of studding would go down drastically - site wide. If you want the sb but don't want to deal with VLF, make a note in his profile. Or request they send you something. Skulls, food, items, oasis items. No support. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Sorry, no support, it will make things even harder for those that want to make their studs cheap. Just dont accept if the fertility is too low; or let the user know you'd like more SB for your energy and adjust studding price yourself. Like my studding rules, too low fertility - risks getting rejected, want it accepted, choose GB option. You could out that down too, a 1 GB option and a note fertility under XX only accepted for GB. Plus I dont see it feasibly done coding-wise.. studding fee is set before you set the lioness, the game cannot possibly predict which lioness you're going to choose before you send the request. It'd require double confirmation then? See one studding price, send a request.. get a note you need to pay even more because she's low fertility? And then again choose to send or not to send the request? That's just going to make things messy, sorry.. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 10/01/17 @ 13:20:35 by Mad Hyena (#29080) |

I appreciate your thoughts on the matter. I agree I could just deny the request but it I want to earn the money I lose all of my energy until I successfully bred the queen. Which means if I want to earn the money I don't get to explore and not getting to explore means I don't get even currency which is half of the game. 0 players like this post! Like? |

It is a main choice of the game whether you want to spend your energy on studding, or to explore and get event currency. Sadly the only way to deal with is to make that choice; either accept studding requests with certain rules, like under XX fertility for GB only, or dont accept any at all, and devote all energy to exploring. Forcing more limits on studding prices wont help you get both at the same time, if anything, it will only make people less likely to stud to you, because there will be other people who will offer cheaper studding for their low fertilities. 0 players like this post!
