Somewhat of a mixture between the long back-tuft mutation concept and the overgrown fur, let me introduce the "Caped" mutation. Likely only a male-based mutation, this creates a overgrown cape-like mane that reaches from the cheeks, down the back, and ends at the start of the tail. Now, I do not know if it would be a maneless type of deal, or perhaps I could add more to it. However, I want you guys to tell me what might bring this together, or if it's a good concept on it's own! Now I understand it's not a mutation in nature... but neither is Primal. ;) So, here is my first concepts of the Caped Mutation! Sorry if this has been done, if it has I will gladly remove it!
