Well, animation doesn't seem to have been shared that much here. Surely we have some talented animators here on Lioden! On to the rules:

1. One post for animations/tips per person, edit your one post to share more animations and tips. You are free to chat about others' animations though.

2. Be friendly

3. Complex animations and in depth tips are absolutely allowed!

Now with that out of the way, my animations and tips.

Before I show mine, maybe I should explain something real quick. The character(s) that appear and will appear in my animations are Evoroos, which is an evolving species I made, meaning that they can look vastly different between animations. If my characters are different in two or more animations, keep in mind that it's the nature of the species. Now that I've got that out of the way...

I'm new to animation, so I'll be doing simple things and then working up to more complex movements. This animation is called Radio Play.

And this one is called Brows n Tooth.

This is Disappointed.

My one tip is that you should probably keep the characters you're animating simple unless your ready for a challenge. More markings, growths, etc. only means more work, and more work isn't always a good thing and may lead to a sloppy animation.

This is great thread, I love watching other people's animations.

So, I have only one proper animation to show here, 'cause I'm way too lazy animating anything. It's always feels very time-consuming, but maybe if I practised more, I would be faster.

Oh, and I'd love some constructive criticism for my animations.

My tip is to be consistent with your animation. For example; it's easy to start drawing bigger or smaller head for every frame, so remember compare your newest frame to the first frequently. Also planning and starting by drawing keyframes and then in-between frames helps a lot.
