Hello there,

you probably ask yourself what Orbis are. Let me explain.

The Orbis creatures are charms, charms of luck. But they weren't always that way.
They were once normal, domestic dogs that had owners. However, in a small village in the Alps, the dogs there would be visited by something unimaginable. The dogs were asleep but the sound of a howl woke them up. Each dog ran to the nearest window from where they heard the howl to see what it was, and, standing in the middle of the road, was a ghostly figure that appeared to be an artic wolf. It's coat was white with piercing ice blue eyes. Some of the dogs that lived in the village were able to run out to the figure as there were doors that would let the dogs go out as they pleased.

Others weren't as fortunate though, they could only sit by the windows, watch, and wonder what was going on. The dogs that were able to go outside all sat around the figure, tilting their heads at it in a curious manner as it spoke to them, telling them about just what it was and why it was there. It had a proposal for them. The figure, you see, was a bringer of luck, however, it's energy was draining and it needed to rest, but it couldn't do that unless there were others to do its job. It asked the dogs if they would agree to help, and they would still be able to stay with their owners during this time. The dogs agreed mainly because they could stay with their owners and were loyal to them. The figure smiled and granted them the power of luck and orbs would follow them where they went, no one was able to see them though, unless the dogs allowed for them to see the orbs. The dogs began to breed though, and make more like them, but their owners weren't able to keep them all. So now they roam around, looking for a companion.
