Hello!
I think that many who have ever in their LD life modboxed something, be it reporting player or writing something that needs more than few lines of text, have been in situation where they write a lot of text and maybe screencaps but forget about adding subject text.

And when your long post has been pressed to be sent, it all deletes because you have forgot to write the subject title.

Problem
When writing huge text and providing as much evidence as possible to the Modbox / Helper Hub ticket and forgetting to write the subject, it all deletes. Then you need to write it all again and there is a huge possibility that you forget something or the screenscaps you got are gone. Sometimes you are too busy to write it again so reporting is sometimes futile.
And it's annoying as heck.

Solution
Don't let people to send the message to either Mods or Helpers without the subject title. If it was missing the game wouldn't send/erase the text, but it would alert you with red message that you need to fill in the subject. This would save so much time and effort.
