the dipygus deformity is an extremely rare form of conjoined twins that have one head but that are split partway down the torso, with 2 pelvises and 4 hind legs (a mutation something like the opposite of our current conjoined cubs, which are joined in the rear but have separate heads and forelegs) it would appear at birth, and the cub could possibly die somewhere around 1-3 months. examples (warning: might be upsetting): puppy piglet rough mock-up?:  |

i guess they're a little similar! but i think of it more as a focus on the distinct forking / duplication of the lower body than on the extra limbs that result from it :o kind of like how the two heads mutation and the conjoined cubs mutation both have 2 heads, but are considered different things i understand if you think it's too close though! 0 players like this post! I support if this isn't a lethal mut ( at least, an adol/adult lethal if need be ) I don't like to see yet another cub lethal, and I saw some cases of this mut on humans, there are notable cases of some that survived, I guess dipygus animals could survive, too. 0 players like this post! Like? |
