Something just popped into my head when I logged in this morning and realized I forgot to nest 4 of my lionesses on my side account.... yesterday was the last day for it.  The helpful idea I'm proposing is: Allow your linked account, fellow clan members, and/or people on your friends list to nest your lionesses on their last day of pregnancy, if they haven't been nested and the user isn't online. There can also be an option to just shoot the user a reminder message such as "Hey! Dont forget to nest [lions name here]! Today is her last day!" before simply nesting the lioness for them. Sometimes we get a little wrapped up in our real lives and make these small mistakes (I'm currently avoiding switching to my side account since I don't want to witness losing 4 litters of pennyroyal cubs ) so this gives players another way to help each other out. Let me know what you think  Suggestions: Nuka {Hey-Im-Grump} (#29060) "Maybe it could be a thing that friends or other players could do only a handful of times per week or something, or it requires some sort of cool down period to keep things interesting?" Me Add an on/off switch for this nesting option in the 'Account Settings' so anyone who doesn't wish to allow other players access can turn it off. |

I think it would be a cool way for friends to have each others backs! I myself just lost a litter, despite my best efforts at nesting all my lionesses when the time comes. Maybe it could be a thing that friends or other players could do only a handful of times per week or something, or it requires some sort of cool down period to keep things interesting?  0 players like this post! I think it could be nice if we got a game message about it on day 2 (unless you have autonesting) like when we get the "lions about to leave" messages, or the ones that tell you that you need space or your lions that age up tomorrow will leave. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Vermilion I agree it should be limited. I really liked Nuka's suggestion about it only being accessible to fellow clan members or people on your friends list. And maybe have a limited number of times per week you can nest for another player or a cool down period in between nestings. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Turai We get nesting notices sent to our notifications inbox on the last day. But its easy to forget about. I usually forget in the case that its one of my huntresses and I like to wait until last minute to nest her so I can still use her to hunt throughout the day. But sometimes life calls me away from the game and I'm not able to get back on and nest her. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Ah, my bad, sorry. I didn't realize that, as I've been lucky enough to remember to nest each one as I get the notif that theirs was accepted. I will support if it's limited, it didn't occur to me that some people wait until the last minute to nest so they can still hunt. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I support this idea. I am one of those who hunt to the last minute. And yes, I lost litters because of this habit. BUT! Two things: 1.- we are players from all around the world. So to someone, who don't know that I am 6 hours ahed/behind of LD time, seems my lioness OK without nest. But in thruth I will be alredy asleep and in my toomorow I will not be able to build the nest... Or I will still have a lot of time and I want to hunt, and my friend/clan mate alredy nested her. And because of this it will need some sort of swich of/on if I as a player allow this. 2.-nesting material. I don't know how will others think, but I think that this help to friend should be a little bit more expensive. We all like to RP... more or less. So? Our lion is rushing to help his friend! He will take all nesting material he can see and run through savana. To build a nest are needed 6 uses of material. So, on his wild run he will bring 6 uses of material, while 1-4 uses of material will be lost. Because he lost it somewhere, or it got too mangled, or... something. Well... I hope it makes sense what I wrote here :D Please, pardon my english :p 0 players like this post! Like? |

Ezgati I think I kinda understand what youre saying. In reply to #1: I think there should be an option on a players profile where they can allow or disallow the nesting help. If they allow it, I guess they will be running the risk of a player nesting the lioness before they were ready. In reply to #2: I don't really think all of that is necessary since it'll likely already have limitations on it. 0 players like this post! Like? |
