((Didnt know what subject to put this under-))

So i had this idea where you can encounter three types of cubs in Explore

Sick Cubs
Starving Cubs
And Exhausted Cubs

How they work is like NCLs, except VERY rare. This is because i think they should be all chased. You dont know what you get until you choose to take them in.
They can NOT be Primals, and any other muties (no lethals) are EXTREMELY rare.

Here:

Sick Cub:
You could have the option to kill or treat. Killing, well, kills it. Treating it uses one use of any Herb you have (you can choose which one). Once treated, you get the choice to Keep or Leave. Keeping the cub lets it join your pride. Leaving it leaves it in the wild, never to be found again.

Starving Cub:
Same as with Sick, but you can feed them with any food. Same options as treating a Sick Cub.

Exhausted Cub:
You could Kill or Give Shelter (takes 5% Energy). Once given shelter, you can, yet again, Keep or Leave.

These were just some ideas! I know people probably won't like it cause it just adds new stuff, but that's the point. It adds some new stuff! But some people don't want new stuff, and I understand, but i just wanna see what some people like!

EDIT: Along with Kill and whatever the other option is, there is Leave, just so that people dont feel guilty about killing, but dont want to use any items or energy.

EDIT (Comment From @Nicholas):
"I think this actually a pretty nice idea - Since so many cubs get chased off rather than being sold or abandoned, this would provide a second chance. It's also a massive plus for people who want to breed heritageless lions. Since these cubs act similar to chased lionesses, they'd have unknown parents, unlike tree cubs. It's a nice way to get new blood into the pride for sure! I do have one suggestion, though - There should be a chance to fail 'claiming' the cub. Claiming lionesses, even at 100% dreamboat, can fail. Perhaps you help the cub too late, and it dies after you treat it, or perhaps the cub disagrees to come with you and insists on looking for its mother. This would help make sure that the event stays rare, and the cubs that result even rarer, to match with claiming chased lionesses."-
That seems pretty good!

EDIT: NO MUTIES. Also, maybe you COULD be able to see the markings. Im not sure. Its up to the Mods! They know best!

(Also thanks for all the support!)

EDIT: ok, so many people think it's better for people to see what the cubs look like. I guess its fair

This suggestion has 69 supports and 7 NO supports.

I actually super like this idea, I mean it would be a little less depressing rather than just thinking all chased cubs "died" because you said gtfo.

I think its a good idea, the only fault i can really think of is the whole being chased cubs... if its rare to find them, and a loooooot of them end up being chased, would it not make buying them, especially for gorilla etc, more difficult ? i dont know if im overthinking this, or if im misunderstanding but i thought i would ask ( i have LD sorry it takes me a while to grasp info) ahah

I like this idea! I'd probably end up adopting most of them though. Lol

@Bek that's the fun of it! And i wouldn't want this to involve any karma, because..... well...... maybe there should be another option that is Leave- just a sec

@White_Tiger: I'd think they'd just be "chased away" cubs so it wouldn't affect the cubs that are sold in the trading center so that wouldn't be a worry.

hmm im bad at explaining my thoughts, uhh..

so if it works like Chased Lionesses in explore, im assuming you mean that people can 'chase' their cubs, for others to find. But it will be rare for these ' chased cubs ' to appear to other players?

will there be a limit on how many cubs players are allowed to chase? because if people think it is easier to just chase a mass amount, rather than sell them to others, and it is rare to find them.... ...

then there would be less cubs to buy in the sales, and in effect make gorilla quests even more difficult to complete, if there are less cubs to buy... as theyve all been chased instead ??

so so sorry if this still does not make sense, or relate to your idea... i am just trying to understand properly before support

thank you

@Alex, chasing lionesses hasn't affected lioness sales, so chasing cubs wouldn't, either :0

@Sky: An option to leave like in the claiming lionesses in Exploring would be cool! X'D

@Nicholas: The unknown part would be great and I love the "looking for its mother" idea! <3

I doubt that would happen. Maybe the only like, Muties should be rare. Just because a mass amount are being chased, that doesn't mean more will pop up. People will learn that very quickly. Honestly, i can't see that happening, but that is something the Mods would know more about. Most people only chase potato cubs.... so ya. People would much rather sell a good cub than chase it for the rare chance that someone may find it.
