Do you like lionesses poses? If yes, it could be good idea for you. The most decors for lionesses are working good for Primal females. What if Primal females would have poses too? Just imagine Primal female with Neutral, Kind, Evil, Snarky, Good or jolly pose. I know it will be very difficult to make it but this would be very cool thing. Wouldn't it look beautiful? If you think it will be, please support my Topic.
Feel free to comment it .

I will support but ultimately it is up to the artist(s) of this site whether or not they are willing to put the effort in to create poses for mutations.

Keep in mind that every single base/marking/decor would have to be tweaked to fit the new mutated poses, so it would be a lot of work.

As a mutation, I think that primals are new poses already. It is a pose that only they can have as mutations, and is both good and bad, as normal lions cannot have these poses, but primals can't have normal lion poses. This prevents primals from replacing regular lions, as they cannot have the same access to poses/site decor.
Lioden's main commodity is normal lions, not primals. As such, it is only right that mutations (such as folded ears, leopons ect) do not get these poses otherwise it draws attention away from the bread and butter of lioden: the lions.
Piebald, as a marking mutation, is an exception, but it does not edit the lion too much and so I think it is reasonable that it works with poses.

Piebald has poses because it's an overlay mutation. It doesn't require changes to markings and bases. That's why I support poses for other overlay mutations - achromia, melanism, and blind, possibly eyeless? (And og claws and teeth forgot those) Are the ones I can think of. And that's also why I don't support this suggestion, I think it's not important and wouldn't really add enough to the game to justify the time it would take.
I also don't know many people who keep female primal mutations anyway? Considering they don't even pass their own mutation. So I feel like again, it doesn't positively affect enough people to justify the work.

Also pointing out that IF this was implemented, decors wouldn't have to be updated because decors aren't updated for mutations anyway.

Prefacing this with this was written up before cin posted but I did a lot of math so I thought I'd post it anyway in case people didn't know. :')

Here's the count for what primal edits would require. For bases alone, that's 930 new files for all 6 poses. Since primals have slightly different eye shapes than regular lionesses, that's also a total of 390 different eye files. There's currently 1,321 markings not including mane markings according to the wiki. 1,321 x 6 = 7,926 marking files. Most marking files affect the tail in some way, which would require them to be edited. If you assume that maybe 300 markings don't affect the tail, that's still around 6,000 markings. Adding that all together, that's somewhere between 6,960 and 8,886 files that would have to be edited. Even if they're only slight edits, like accounting for the extra fluff primals have or removing part of the tail, expecting the art team to do that just for primals is a bit. Much. That's not including the possible male poses they're implementing, or mane markings. Is felis included in this? Smilus? Felis have completely different body shapes from regular lions, so they'd have to go through an almost total redraw.

For piebald, there's a total of 6 basic age stages (not including adult male), plus the 6 poses. So that's 12 different poses to be accounted for. There's 21 manes, so that's 33 base poses. Multiply that by the 13 different types of piebald, that's 429. 429 =/= 8,886. Of course there's some variables for the primal poses and what would have to be tweaked, but that's still at least a couple thousand files more. Almost every file would have to be edited. Piebald files are just an overlay and don't affect actual markings/bases.

Ultimately it's up to the artists what they want to do but it just seems like a ridiculous amount of extra work to me. No support.

i don't know about making the existing poses compatible w/ primal females, but i think they should at least have their own unique art. primal males have unique art whereas the primal female pose is just... drawn over the default lioness art and it looks ugly imo. and female felis have their own unique art so...

Don't support. As Dearborn explained, that's a ton of markings, bases, eye colors, etc. that they would have to do. It's not worth it and I like how the Primal Female looks anyway. I feel if someone wants a primal pose that bad, they can create a custom decor or commission someone to do so for their own lion(s).

Now, if it was about poses for foldies, ovg claws and teeth, achro, melan, blind, eyeless, etc. which are much more simpler as they have no extra fluff, then I'd support. The poly would be a 50/50, as markings would be both simple and difficult to adjust.

You also have to consider the fact the artists already have art bugs to fix for lions, both non mutated and mutated, decor adjustments, and that when they do polls for markings and bases, etc that after the poll is finished, they usually need to figure out when the feature needs/should be added—which usually means they have to go through files and figure out what's the most important to do for the game.
Don't forget that since people wanted the Papyrus background redone, Xylax has that on his plate too along with other backgrounds, decors, etc.

Then, there's Wolvden they're working on. When the artists aren't working on Lioden they're likely working on Wolvden and other games they may be a part of. Their lives do not revolve constantly around Lioden, it's focused on other projects, and also their own personal lives and making sure they don't over stress themselves -_-.

Ultimately, it's just not worth it. You want a primal pose? Commission someone who's willing to do the poses for what lions you want posed. I 100% doubt they'd ever put that kind of pressure on their artists, and if they ever made an official poll I would still vote NO.
