There are so many poses on Lioden, and its a huge undertaking to expect the artists to fit every decor to every pose, what Im suggesting would be a awesome solution until the artists can get to them.

The "Lion Dressing Room" would be similar to the Lion Wardrobe (or they could be combined on the same page) It would load your Lion in the same fashion but would also load all of your currently owned decors and backgrounds. But the best part is that the decors would be dragable, meaning you could move decors around the lion image to where you want them. This would fix pesky things like that bone crown almost fitting on your smilus or that cub decor that just doesnt look right levitating a few inches above the ground next to your posed lioness. This would also be useful for more unique designs.
What if you want that feather decor in your lions mane instead of his mouth of maybe you want a swarm of bees following you. Just load the lion in to the Dressing Room, click the decors, drag them to the desired location and save.

Hmm. We have CD. So if something doesnt fit, thats why there is specific decor for different lions.

I can see your point but I think just because you want a primal you shouldn't have to pay extra for decors that arnt really custom because they already exist in the game. Custom decors should be used for actually customizing an item for your lion, not for a simple replacement of an already existing item.

This idea would also be useful for when you have 2 decors that take up the same area such as Jon Snuh and Tyrlion.

Why so many that don't support? Do you not want functioning decor? Do people not want decor to actually work on their dwarves and stuff? No harm, unlike people suggesting hundreds of new bases and especially eyes making the artists implement something that already exists but is a few shades darker or lighter. The idea probably wouldn't take any art to be implemented, perhaps you can just arrange them on the lion page itself where you can choose the layer of the decor. It would save the artists time and us the frustration, they said they're not going to make decoration work accordingly to mutations. The only way to have that happen is through this

I just don't think this is necessary. The time spent on coding/designing this could be better spent elsewhere. Like Devil said, you could just buy custom decor if you really want, it's not really a big enough deal to spend all this time on it. Sorry.

I don’t think this is possible to code with the immense amount of decor we have. I understand wanting to have decor fit mutations but there’s a reason it doesn’t. If you want decor to fit, try custom decor. No support from me.

For example, there is only one dwarf wing decoration in the custom decor, and that is private. Not everyone is good at art, so using custom decor isn't always an option.

And really if they implemented it, it is saving more time than consuming every time they make a new decor. Then they don't have to line it up with the line art of the lions. The users can do that. And this is not solely restricted to muts. As stated above, a lot of this decor on the game can look good anywhere on lions. If I wanted a bird on the ground or in a branch, why can't it be? Why does it solely have to be restricted to a lion's back or in the air?

I also don't think they'd need to code every decor, I think all it would take is coding within layers on the lion's page, but that's just what I think. I'm uncertain with coding, don't know anything about it. But I feel like there would be multiple ways to implement this without coding every single decor

Look the problem is really the coding behind this, I don’t think the coding will be possible to do.

Coding is extremely tedious sometimes, and it's certainly not easy. I'm not sure how this site codes most things, but this system of designing decor would be extremely inefficient, in my opinion. I believe that our current system works quite fine, and I quite like how most of the decor functions.

I believe this wouldn’t even be able to be coded into the game judging by how the other features in the game are coded.

I don't think so, I don't think there'd hardly be any coding I see it as a minor adjustment on the lion's page. I don't think anybody would exactly know how to code it and determine how much coding is needed unless it is somebody who does the coding for lioden itself. Just like how you can layer decor right now, I don't see why they'd need to code each and every decor?

I would like to learn about the coding if it could be explained, truly, because if it is hard then I'd be willing to remove my support if it is too much work. But I think that there is more than one way to add this and avoid a whole bunch of coding

I've only begun learning how to code recently, but there is a lot of work that has to go into it. I still stand by my point that this is not a change that we really need, and therefore not a change that I'd want. I don't really see a point in it other than dragging decor all over the place to maybe loosely fit a mutation. I can see so much wrong with it-- Lion pages could easily become messes by dragging decor to unconventional places. I like the system how it is, which is why I do not support.

Drag and drop coding is a lot of work compared to the current layering coding, I think it’s very unnecessary to have to do so much more coding just cuz a crown is slightly misaligned.

i think it is a good idea, or either there could be a list made or guide showing what decor is compatible with what mutation.
