I'm still a relatively new player and only just now figuring out how cub training works. One thing I've noticed is that on the hunting screen when choosing which adols to send with the party, there's no indication of what their current training percent is which requires knowing ahead of time which ones still need to be sent. Adding their percentage progress on the selection screen would be a nice quality of life improvement.
