Before I start, I absolutely love this game and how realistic it is. I don’t mind the death or killing or any of that. It’s just that some flavor texts that are directed at the player or suggest/imply things about the player bother me.

Originally, this was a suggestion to implement an option to disable the text. However, someone mentioned a suggestion for new flavor text instead. One suggestion for new flavor text the person had mentioned was ”You smile as you leave the cub beside a nice tree, knowing it would go to a lovely home.”

The current text for abandoning a cub is, "You have abandoned this cub. Perhaps someone will love it more than you did."

As AppleCiderp (#92197) mentioned, adding an option to disable the text might be too much work for coders. With changing the text, it’d be a lot simplier because they wouldn’t have to add or remove any codes, they would only have to change a line of text.
Any other new flavor suggestions could possibly work as well!


To those who say it’s just a sentence or to just ignore it:
The current text always brings up really bad memories of my childhood, which wasn’t a good time for me. I cannot ignore it. That’s not how my mind works. I can’t help but always pay close attention to details and read things over. That’s just how I am. I can’t just get used to it. Please understand that I cannot change how I am affected by certain things.
