Your lion will automatically regain +10 energy every 15 minutes, unless it is already full (at 100%).

Other ways to regain energy without waiting tend to be expensive - you can buy Energy Boost items from the Oasis for 2GB each, which are one-use items to refill energy to 100. There are also meat pies you can buy from other players, and event items like red bulls and roasted lambs that will increase how much energy your lion gains for a short time.

The cheapest item is Bone Marrow from the Monkey Business shop, which will give you +20 energy for only 80SB. This can only be used a total of once per day though, so mostly it’s just a case of waiting for it to refill automatically over time :)

edit to add: I also forgot to mention that if your king gets too hungry he will stop regaining energy properly - if he becomes more than 60% hungry then he will go from regaining 10% energy every 15 minutes to only 1%. You can fix that easily by feeding him though
