Ok, so with the new rarities on the base colors and my king being changed to a special base (Bast) awhile ago, I have began to wonder how I know what rarity a base is. Like is there a list of the bases and how you get them? (Wild caught, Event, etc.) My boy has produced several Sunglows and now a Sunshine and a Zarasa. How can I figure out where these fall on the rarity list, and any others I may have pop up without having to ask someone everytime? I really don't know how to price my cubs, and what I should be keeping from these. Thanks in Advance. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 11/08/18 @ 19:45:03 by Nerdly Herd (#33151) |

It's really easy. Anything you can find in explore or can apply with an Oasis Base Changer that was previously Common - that is, wild bases and the previous custom Common bases - are still Common, like Zarasa, Cream, Antler or Sandy. The bases that were previously Special but were applicable with the Oasis Base changer - like Onyx, Sunshine or Russet - are now classified as Uncommon. Next, the bases that were Special but were not applicable - where parents had to be able to combine their genetics to be able to breed a cub with the base's genetics - are now Rare; for example, Anjeer. And last, Special bases are those that need at least one parent to have it in order to pass - like all the bases that have their own applicator, like Ice, or raffle bases like Pearl, or the exclusive bases from explore, like Asali. The Genetics wiki entry got updated just today, too! I hope this helps! 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 12/08/18 @ 07:13:56 by Berenos (#84593) |

I'm confused about this because I found a lioness with a Cairngorm special base in explore, and I thought you could only find commons in explore 0 players like this post! Like? |
